Thanks. I know this is a technical question, but do you have any plugin/setting that interferes with base64 encoding? There must be something weird about your server setup. I’d advise to deactivate all plugins (including dropins) except Post Pay Counter and Post Pay Counter PRO and see if that solves the issue, although I fear it won’t. Next step is to contact your host and ask them for more information, because I’m 99.9% sure it’s not the my plugin fault :/

- Try to mark as paid a whole author. You can do this by checking the Pay field in te general stats page and then clicking on Mark as paid selected authors.
- Try to disable the Author Payment Bonus addons and see if the issue goes away.

StefanoUsually users manage to set it up okay by themselves. There is some documentation/tutorials on the site anyway, and we do provide support of course! 🙂
The table should follow your front end css. It may be an issue with your theme, it depends on what it’s styles are 🙂
Once the plugin and the license are both active, one new tab is automatically created in the BuddyPress Member page of each user, called My Earnings. Doesn’t it show up? Can you post a screenshot, if it does not show up?
Oh, now I see the issue! Your name contained some kind of special i, which conflicted with the license database because of encoding issues. I have fixed the issue, you should receive another email complete with the license key. Sorry for the hiccup! 🙂

se non hai nulla da perdere, io ti proporrei di crearmi un account admin temporaneo sul sito. Quello che farò è abilitare la modalità di debug di Analytics del plugn e far rieseguire al plugin l’aggiornamento dei dati degli ultimi 3 (o forse 4?) giorni senza eliminare i dati passati. Se tanto dovresti ricaricare i dati da capo, mi sembra valga la pena provare. Ad ogni modo, ti proporrei di sentirci in tarda mattinata (diciamo tra un paio d’ore) su Skype o Hangouts così ne parliamo insieme, cosa dici? 🙂Buona giornata,

in questo caso non dovrebbe essere causa del problema, ma ti consiglio di mantenere entrambi i plugin (PPC e PPC PRO) aggiornati all’ultima versione, se possibile.Per il tuo problema: stando ai log, sembra che i dati siano stati correttamente aggiornati fino ad oggi, infatti l’ultimo aggiornamento risale a ieri pomeriggio. Quali sono i segni che ti fanno dire che i dati di Analytics non vengono aggiornati? Per esempio, se prendi un autore che abbia post pubblicati l’altro ieri o due giorni fa: tutti quei post hanno visite 0? O noti delle discrepanze tra i numeri di Analytics e quelli mostrati nelle statistiche? Forniscimi qualche dettaglio in più per favore 🙂
