KeymasterMany apologies I didn’t process this in time. For some reason I didn’t receive an email notification for your replies and never saw them! I’m going to issue a full refund later tomorrow — before I do that, I just wanted to ask if you’d like me to look into whether it would be possible to add support for your theme’s visits counter?
Again, sorry for the delay and miscommunication! π

KeymasterI can’t see anything wrong, so that’s very odd. Would it be possible for me to have a look personally with a temp admin account?

KeymasterWhat exact versions of PPC and PRO are you running?
I’ve sometimes seen an odd issue with the settings not being correctly stored for visits trackers. To check this, can you paste here (as a private reply if you wish it confidential):
1. your general settings
2. settings for one author for whom you see visits to be zero, if any author has custom settings.
Take both from the Import/Export settings box in the Options page.Stefano
KeymasterHi Tibor,
so do I understand right that the stats page shows 0 visits for all posts? Or what gets displayed there?A nice day,

KeymasterNo. Post Pay Counter has none of your money. It acts as an excel spreadsheet for your admin, telling them how much they should pay you. We collect no money nor owe any money to authors.

KeymasterHi Brandy,
did you purchase Post Pay Counter or one of its addons, or are you a writer on a website that uses it to manage payments? In the latter case, we have no responsibility and you should reach out to your website admin. In the former, please give me some more information and I’ll be happy to help πStefano

KeymasterHi Davide,
sorry for the delay and thanks for bringing this to my attention — I’ll try to prioritize this and ensure WP-CLI commands also work for the new visits trackers. Will report here when done πA nice day,

KeymasterHi there,
is there anything I can help you with? Something that didn’t work as expected but that we can maybe address? Otherwise let me know if you’d like a full refund or if you’d like to retain some licenses, and I will go ahead and process that πA nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Amari,
You should be able to achieve what you want. I just tested this again and it seems to be the plugin behaves as you intend it (and as I intended as well).
For example, if I set the word payment as the picture shows, and then do the following:
– create a post that has 150 words,
– mark it as paid
– add 180 more words to it
I end up with the post’s due payment being $1, which is as you would expect, unless I am mistaken. All this applies to visits payment as well.Does this help at all? π
A nice day,
Stefano-

KeymasterAs the License Notes state, multiple sites (including multisite) require an Unlimited websites license π

KeymasterHi there!
Your purchase had been processed as a renewal, so your licenses didn’t get properly generated (maybe you entered something in the license key field at checkout? I don’t know). Anyway, I’ve just resent you your purchase receipt with newly valid license keys, please see if that fixes the issue πA nice day,

KeymasterI’ve never tried myself, but I guess it should work fine!

KeymasterIf you migrate the database, PPC data will with it. There is a page with info if you need to manually backup data: https://postpaycounter.com/docs/backup-plugin-data/

KeymasterNo, just deactivate the license on the first website and activate it on the second. Of course PRO features will not be available on the first website after that.

KeymasterDoes Referral Visits support the new traffic counting systems? such us WP-PostViews.
Thanks for bringing this up to my attention. It depends on the visits tracker, and how it is configured. I believe it works with Matomo/Plausible, while most WP plugins that count visits probably get rid of the referral information well before it reaches Post Pay Counter. I am sure it does not work with WP-PostViews, at least.
Previously we had the ability to add βpostmetaβ
Why did you remove it because I use my own extensionI thought it was just generating extra confusion in the setup, which already has a lot of settings. By including most popular visits trackers explicitly, I thought it was a better experience. Which plugin are you using?
