KeymasterHi Jiraboon,
I can see you recently renewed your licenses for Post Pay Counter PRO and for Category Custom Settings, but I cannot find your transaction for Pay Per Character. This is the right page: can you confirm it’s the one you visited? 🙂Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Hassan,
the reliability of the visits system depends on your choice: with Google Analytics, you can be confident that it is quite tough to deceive. But of course, anything is possible and we cannot guarantee that no spam visits will happen. 🙂Hope this helps!

KeymasterCiao Andrea,
Chiedi pure ogni ulteriore delucidazione necessaria! 🙂
Buona giornata,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Hassan,
sorry for the delay due to Christmas holidays 🙂VPN visits have nothing bad themselves, so there’s no reason why Analytics should block them. It will still work, since tracking is mostly cookie based. And since Post Pay Counter PRO just takes data from Analytics, it will fetch those as well.
and is it plugin work on classified ads wp plugin if i want to install on
Can you provide some more details? Can you link to the plugin mentioned? 🙂
Have a nice day,

KeymasterCiao Andrea,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Juan,
I have just refunded your transaction. For further test, I’d advise using the free Post Pay Counter version. If you find a setup that works with that, then you can be confident enough that it will scale with the PRO as well. I may also work on some smarter caching in the future 🙂Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterDone (this morning)! 🙂

KeymasterHi Juan,
The error is certainly due to too much stats to be loaded at once. I know of websites of size comparable to yours that load fine, but it can also have to do with the power of your server. You can try to tune the performance settings in the plugin Miscellanea box and see if that helps 🙂Let me know!
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterThe reason is modularity of software. This way, you can purchase only what you need and save money, which should be pretty appreciated 😉 there are lots of users of this plugin who are running several addons and never complained about slowdown, because it simply doesn’t happen 🙂 anyway, I can certainly refund your transaction if that’s your wish 🙂

KeymasterHi David,
the real issue there is not WordPress 5 (I have tested it), but the fact that the Referral Visits addon requires the PRO version to be active as well, as stated in the addon page. In particular, the related Analytics module is required. I realize the error message you get should be cleared, though. 🙂Hope this helps!
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano

KeymasterDone! You may now activate your license on another site. 🙂
Stefano
KeymasterThat’s because your license already is registered as active on thenarrative*****.org. Would you like me to reset the status of your license, deactivating it on the current domain to allow activation on another one?
Stefano
KeymasterHi Michael,
I have just resent you your purchase receipt with a newly valid download link 🙂Have a nice day,

KeymasterYou may want to have a look at this tutorial 🙂

KeymasterYes – but don’t me mislead: all views figures are total visits, regardless of the time range you pick! The time range only affects what posts are displayed.

KeymasterHi Shayne,
sure! You can edit the default time range in the Miscellanea box in the Options page, with a wide time range! 🙂Have a nice day,

KeymasterThis is very weird!
Please provide the following information:
1. What is the user ID of author 00002?
2. What is the user ID of the admin user whose page gets opened instead?
3. What is the URL of the page when you click on author 00002?Stefano
KeymasterWhat does it happen exactly when you click on user 00002?
Stefano
