KeymasterPending rows are processed with each page load on the Post Pay Counter plugin pages. If even after all rows have been processed you keep seeing incorrect stats, either you have selected a wrong profile in the plugin Analytics setup, or you may have some kind of prefix making Analytics permalinks not match WordPress ones.
I guess the quickest option to fix the issue would be for you to set me up a temporary admin account, so I can personally look into the matter and get it solved as soon as possible ๐
Have a nice day,

Keymasteri am having trouble understanding how that works it seems the date selector only refers to the post publish date not the date range for the report
This is correct ๐
in ours on 5 visits are being shown for all authors which is way too low if this is supposed to be for all time are we missing something here?
You may just need to pull data from Analytics manually for the first import. There is a tutorial on setting up Analytics here ๐

KeymasterI’m terribly sorry about this guys! I have just pushed another update which should fix the issue. You can download it through the link in the email I have just sent to both of you, just unzip it and replace all files inside the post-pay-counter-pro folder. Let me know if you still have issues!

KeymasterHi Henry,
Make sure you are running PHP at least 5.3. Upgrading to PHP 5.3 will fix the issue ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Joe,
I have just released Post Pay Counter 2.706 which should fix this issue as well ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Marissa,

KeymasterHi Somayah,
what does your Error Log box display?Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Johanne,
the issue is due to the fact that your server runs an outdated PHP version (less than PHP 5.5). Since you are not the first to experience the issue, I have just released a public fix that should address the problem. Just update Post Pay Counter through your plugins page and you should be fine ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Ryan,
the total payment cannot be zeroed out. However, the due payment can: just select all authors and mark them as paid. You may want to select a (very) wide time range to make sure all posts get marked as paid, so you will really be starting from scratch ๐I’m here if any more help is needed!
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterYes exactly. I hope this doesn’t create too much of a problem! ๐
Stefano
KeymasterOh, I think I’ve found what causes the issue! It seems like you have changed the author bonus from 1100 to 800 in the past, and the addon thinks the 300 difference has already been paid and subtracts it from this month total. Would it be a problem for you to balance the thing out with a manual bonus?
Stefano
KeymasterThanks. I’ve looked, and it seems to me it’s just a matter of a misunderstanding. The due payment should show the correct figure, and in fact the tooltip shows that the author payment bonus is awarded only once. The total payment is off, but the due payment is okay.
Is this correct?Stefano
KeymasterHi Alma,
The quickest solution is for sure to let me have a look myself with a temp admin account. Is that possible?Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Salauddin,
I have replied to your private email, check your inbox ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterFantastico, sono contento! Scusami ancora per il problema di Analytics! ๐
