KeymasterHi Ted,
do you have other addons active? If yes, which of them and what versions?
Temporarily deactivating other PPC addons from the plugins page may fix the issue and allow you to activate your license (and then you can rectivate other addons) πHave a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Jeremy,
what have you tried doing? Does your theme support custom user_meta fields?Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Jeremy,
your email was still in queue and didn’t get through. I’ve manually resent it now, let me know if you still don’t get it (check spam as well) πSorry for the hiccup!
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterPay per character is now a native option with the Pay Per Character addon! π

KeymasterHi, my hosting is running on a VPS
Do you have any persistent caching software installed, such as memcached? That may help!
Iβm also still unable to get earnings to display despite seeing the earnings connected to analytics in the Google analytics dashboard. When I save the βGoogle Analytics Profileβ to Traveler Magazine and save it, it always switches it back to a different analytics profile. I love the plugin and am very excited about getting everything working.
To change profile, you need to revoke Analytics authorization and set it up again with the correct profile, it cannot be changed afterwards π
Can you please take a look? Thank You!
No, because I don’t have access to your Gmail account ant thus can’t run the authorization myself π

KeymasterI seem to be experiencing this warning quite often
The warning won’t go away until you clear the Error log in the Options page. Try to clear that and see if it pops up again, even with the lowered number of rows π

KeymasterSorry, but this is a very specific request and I don’t think it will ever be implemented in the public version π

KeymasterYou may have too many other plugins active, or other factors that are draining your server resources. For so few posts my plugin doesn’t take so much memory for sure π

KeymasterHi Tripp,
how many posts are you trying to have displayed in the stats page? Have you tried picking a more narrow time range? πHave a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterWe probably got to the bottom of it with another user: Post Pay Counter version 2.621 should fix the issue for you as well π

KeymasterWhat is really important is for the author to also see the total amount due to them each month in the stats page and of course to be able to include this in the PayPal payments total.
Yes that will happen π
Stefano
KeymasterHi Larry,
It looks like payments can only be applied to posters and authors.
Yes that’s correct. However, there is a developer tutorial on how to add your own payment criteria. I don’t know if this helps, but since the comments payment is always awarded to the creator of the post, this is all I can point you to π
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterGreat, so we now have the PHP version and that’s not the issue.
We will try to enable the debug mode in WordPress and see if any error is displayed. To enable the debug mode, see this tutorial. After you have done that (just care for WP_DEBUG, don’t pay attention to the other lines), try loading the stats page again and see if any error is displayed π

KeymasterHi Ajay,
What PHP version are you running on your server? This is clearly a server issue – it could be another plugin conflicting as well. If you have access to your server log, then having a look in there will surely tell us what’s wrong πHave a nice day,

KeymasterAnd wouldn’t the once per payment option work? Do you pay your authors multiple times a month? Because if that’s not the case, it looks to me like it would work! π
September 18, 2016 at 10:23 am in reply to: Basic Payment Customizable Per Author – Super Bonus? #52234Stefano
Keymasternot per post as it is currently but once per month if you know what I mean.
Everything else was clear, it’s the once per month part what is tricky. I guess some people pay at the end of the month, but some other people may pay as soon as an author reaches the threshold, or once every two weeks, or whatever. The plugin may provide two options: once per payment (i.e. every time you pay an author, a fixed fee is added) and enter how often you want the bonus to be awarded (in days). Would that be good to you?

KeymasterHi Alma,
I was working on this, and then I thought I would appreciate your feedback on how you expect it to work. Specifically, how/when do you expect the addon to award the author basic payment? Would once-per-payment be fine? πStefano
KeymasterI’m sorry, my fault! Try again now π
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Timothy,
I’m glad to know upgrading to PHP 5.5 fixed your issues. The missing temp folder is unfortunately my fault: I had accidentally deleted it from the plugin zip in the latest release, and there has been a time frame of roughly one day in which people who installed it had the temp folder missing. I’ve pushed an update which restores the folder yesterday, so you should probably get it through your WordPress soon (refresh a couple of times the Plugins list, or force the update check in Dashboard > Updates). Anyway, the solution is simply to create the temp folder in post-pay-counter-pro and make sure that inside the temp folder there also is a ga folder, all with 755 permissions π
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterYes it should π other users had the same issue and that fixed it for that.
