StefanoI have manually extended your license – maybe you had not entered your license key when renewing. Anyway, everything should be fine now: you may want to deactivate and reactivate your license on your site for the status to update.
PS. I could see the email you posted with here, but it was different from the one it was used to purchase the license that I could see active on your site. Long story short: I just wanted to double check and make sure it was the correct one 🙂

I just checked it out and your license has been properly extended. You may want to deactivate it and reactivate for the expiration time to be updated. However, notice that even if it showed as expired, the system knew it was valid and you are eligible for automatic updates 🙂Have a nice day,

PS. Avevi pubblicato le credenziali di accesso in chiaro, cioè senza marcare il post come privato. L’ho fatto io, ma solo un paio d’ore dopo il tuo invio. Se vuoi stare al sicuro al 100%, può essere una buona idea cambiare la password di quell’utente.

StefanoThanks. I will investigate the issue further, but another user had a similar problem some time ago, and apparently he fixed by just turning on the IPN feature in the PayPal Settings box. Could you try that?

have you already carefully gone through the PayPal payments tutorial? I the feature does not show up it is a Permissions issue. Make sure they are all set up correctly, also checking your own user’s settings through the Personalize Settings box 🙂Have a nice day,
