glad the plugin is useful! 🙂1. Is it possible to upgrade to the pro version from a cloud hosting? Because I’ve read somewhere that I need to upload the pro version of the plugin into my website but I don’t have access to the files of my website.
Absolutely! You don’t need FTP access, you can also use the Upload plugin feature in WordPress. Just go to Plugins > Add plugin > Upload plugin (all buttons at the top) 🙂
2. Are there any discount codes available for only the Pro version of the plugin?
I’m afraid no. We have discounts (10%, automatic) if you purchase the PRO and two more addons though 🙂

For Facebook, make sure in the Counting settings you do not have a minimum and maximum threshold: that is probably what is causing the issue. The option I’m talking about is Start/Stop paying shares after share # 🙂
For visits, where do you get the NULL entry? In stats or in options?

– using google analytics is great are the only thing its visit count is low , much lower from our records using both jetpack + top10 conters
We provide different ways of tracking visits on purpose, so that you can choose 🙂 We do not know why Analytics and Jetpack differ, but that is not something we can do anything about, sorry! And no, unfortunately it is not possible to use Jetpack’s visits – they do not allow it.

Yeah, counting words in chinese is not easy. We provide a Pay Per Character addon that may be better for that language 🙂
3) for fb share / like / engagement , how to we find out the basis of data ? we found the data in dashboard vs in fb is totally different

StefanoOn second thoughts, would you be fine granting me temporary admin access to your site to inspect/fix the design issues? Because I cannot reproduce them on my test sites so it may be a bit difficult to get them fixed straight on. Let me know! 🙂

glad to know Adsense is working fine. What is displayed is the split percentage, yes, unless you also set it to display Count in the Display Status dropdown of the Counting settings. You can also have them both displayed 🙂I’ll get back to the design issues as soon as I can and let you know!

Oh, there may be a misunderstanding. The user has 1.26 as total payment, but only 0.19 as due payment. It’s the Due payment that should reach the threshold 🙂

There is nothing to do with adsense setting right? In the Post pay pro settings I can only see settings for analytics.
Well, actually, the Adsense and Analytics accounts should be linked together, and you should be able to see Adsense data even from your Google Analytics dashboard. Is this the case?

First of all, make sure Adsense is correctly linked to Analytics. To do that, go to Analytics > Admin > select your site > Adsense Linking and follow the instructions displayed there, is the link is not already estabilished.

I tried to test this post pay counter pro by clicking on the ads on one of the post of author, but the author makes nothing. I tested several times too but it won’t record any click. I already setup google analytics and correct profile.
All Google Analytics related data take one day to show up in the plugin, because we need to wait until the day has finished to retrieve today data. Could this be the issue?
Another issue is when I go to the Report earning for a user in front end, it won’t display correctly. it says no search result is found. I have to choose This Month to show the videos on the left column. Also the right column will be push into the middle of the site too if there is no search result on left clomn. I can send you a picture to show this
Yes provide screenshots please. This is most likely be related to your theme though, so I’m not sure there’s anything we can do on our end… 🙂

glad you like the PRO version! 🙂There’s no way to change that text, I’m afraid. What you may see on the next release, though, is the order swapped, with the author name coming before the author ID.

StefanoYes, PayPal will make the currency conversion for you at no charge. We get customers from literally all over the world and they pay in euro, even if their currency isn’t.
Also, I’m pretty sure you can also pay by card, although it gets routed through PayPal. You probably don’t even need to be logged in to do it.
