KeymasterI’m sorry, we only support PayPal payments through the plugin. However, you can make the payments on your own through the platform you prefer (bank transfer, etc) and then use the Mark as paid feature in the plugin to keep having the benefits of full payments tracking and due payments computations. Does this help? π

KeymasterHi Matjaz,
I see your point! There is no native feature to achieve that, I am afraid :/Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi, thanks for your patience while on holiday! π

You should be looking at Post Pay Counter > Options > PayPal settings box > Currency π

KeymasterHi Geoff,
thanks for your patience! I just fixed the issue on our end, you should be able to activate the license and update now, let me know! πHave a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Geoff,
What happened is that you didn’t enter your license key when renewing your license, at checkout. I’m currently on holiday and can’t fix the matter, you’ll have to wait until August 24th,sorry!Stefano
KeymasterHi there,
currency options are split in the Miscellanea box (for the currency symbol) and in the PayPal Settings box (for the payment currency). Both are located in the Options page. πHave a nice day,

KeymasterGreat, so I guess it’s fixed now, isn’t it? π
However, with the above permission enabled it allows the user to also see the βppc-system-infoβ details. This system information should probably be separated into a different permission.
I see your point. Our thought was that anybody who is trusted to see and change payment options can also be trusted to see some system info, but I understand your concern. We may add a separate permission in future releases π

KeymasterHi Nicholas,
do you have anything else that could be interfering? For example, in the past we found one plugin that allowed to reorder the admin menu entries created a conflict with the plugin. Do other pages work as expected? πHave a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterWhat I could do is send you the fixed file / fix it myself if you grant me temporary admin access π

KeymasterHi Kim,
thanks for reporting, I see the issue. It is due to the fact that the plugin is trying to update a postmeta entry without changing anything, so WordPress says “it is failing”, although it just is not doing anything. This is not blocking, everything should work fine anyway. I’ll get this fixed soon, but I am also leaving for holiday in a few days and I am not sure I would want to ship an update a couple days earlier than leaving (in case anything whatsoever breaks) πHave a nice day,

KeymasterHi there,
of course you may get a refund. Before issuing it, though, let us know if there is anything we can do help fix any issues you may have encountered πHave a nice day,

KeymasterHi Kim,
could you provide a screenshot of the detailed stats? Are you sure all other payment criteria are disabled? It seems such a weird issue, that I am more inclined that there may be something else at stake πIs there a way to recalculate the totals if you change the per view or per word price once the analytics have loaded?
This already happens by default π

KeymasterHi Evan,
the two features you are looking for are:- Counting settings box > Basic Payment: this allows you to set a fixed pay for each post;
- Personalize settings box: this allows you to select a user and set settings that will be valid for them only.
Hope this helps! π

KeymasterFrom where I can download Post Pay Counter PRO version 1.8.3.1 ?
If you don’t get a notification in the plugins page, I have just resent you your purchase receipt with a link to the latest version π
I just need the refund to the same address I have paid
Done! π
Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Anas,
double apologies: I had forgotten about the update for the Request Payment issue; and I did not get a notification for your last request so I missed it!So:
- I have just released Post Pay Counter PRO version 1.8.3.1 which fixes the request payment issue from the frontend
- I am going to refund your transaction right now. However, I can only refund it to the address who paid in the first place. Would you like me to do that? Or another option, if you’d like another addon, is to just pay the difference and have me switch the license π
Again, so sorry for the delay, thanks for your patience! π

KeymasterHi Chris,
I’ll give this a thought, but to be honest August is going to be a busy month, also considering vacations. It is also a considerable amount of work. Is this urgent?Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Anas,
this is a known issue – I will release the fix for the PRO version tomorrow morning at the latest π Thanks for your patience!Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi there,
you can have different settings for different users – just use the Personalize Settings box in the Options page π For user-role specific settings, you can have a look at our User Roles Custom Settings addon πHave a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterRight, I see your point. I guess the same could be achieved using the WP post content without using custom fields, but I cannot guarantee. Any further code work on our part would be classified as custom (paid) work, I’m afraid, so if you feel like requesting a refund for your transaction, we’ll refund the whole amount you spent – that’s the best I can offer. Anyway, I’d like to mention that this is not an issue of the PRO version, but the free already works with WP official post content π
Stefano
KeymasterWhy not put the post content in the default WordPress field? π
