How could I set it up so that for every post a given writer writes, they get a set amount? Lets say one writer is $75 a post and another is $65 (no matter how long it is or any other variables)

Hi Evan,
the two features you are looking for are:
- Counting settings box > Basic Payment: this allows you to set a fixed pay for each post;
- Personalize settings box: this allows you to select a user and set settings that will be valid for them only.
