KeymasterHi Geoff,
The writers are still only getting paid 25 cent per article, but not the $1 per 1,000 views
I am a bit confused after this comment: is it the visits number that is off (and then, as a consequence, the payment as well), or just the payment (but the visits are okay)?
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi there,
what do you mean? Like a multisite installation or what? ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterI don’t know what it could be happening. Would it be a problem for you to pull Analytics data anew, through the Analytics Status box > Update data feature?
Let me know!

KeymasterHi Geoff,
is only one author affected? Can you post your System Info by the plugin?Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Abdul,
you can get an idea here, although the appereance pretty much depends on your theme ๐Display stats details in public pages with Post Pay Counter PRO shortcode

KeymasterHi Charles,
That’s an issue I honestly never managed to get to the bottom of. Sometimes it happens, and it’s enough to deactivate the plugin, hit the update button, and then activate it again. Sorry about that! ๐Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterI looked at your code – it’s a lot, so I could only give a superficial look. It looks like all of the code (both javascript AND Analytics libraries) are loaded everywhere, regardless of the page they are needed. (Besides slowing down other pages), This is likely to interfere with Post Pay Counter ๐

KeymasterMaybe because of the new SCA regulation?
Just checked, and this should not affect PayPal. I don’t know, it’s the first report of the issue, and since it works with other users even of your site, I’m inclined to think that there may be something not fully right the recipients’ accounts. That said, PayPal does not provide any technical insight, so I’m a bit clueless… Only other thing that comes to my mind is to try to switch primary and secondary currency and see if that may solve the issue :/
Stefano
KeymasterLook at the Visits payment criteria in the Counting settings box of the Options page ๐
Stefano
KeymasterCan you provide the zip of it so we can try to test it? However, please consider that the issue is likely with that particular plugin. A wp-login replacement should not interfere with another plugin page ๐

KeymasterIs there at least an author for which the payment works fine? ๐

KeymasterHey,
have you tried the currency thing detailed in the last post of the topic I linked in my previous reply? ๐October 1, 2019 at 8:43 am in reply to: The receiver is based in a country that isn't enabled to receive payments #68132Stefano
KeymasterHi Chris,
please check that PayPal sandbox is disabled in Post Pay Counter > Options > PayPal settings. If that is the case, then this post may be of help ๐Let me know!
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterOh, one thing we could try before surrendering is to disable for a second all other plugin and addons and trying to login through Analytics with Post Pay Counter again. Who knows that maybe there is some conflict also happening! Let me know! ๐
Stefano
KeymasterGood, super glad to hear that! ๐
Stefano
KeymasterI don’t know, maybe Google has some way of tracking down the locations anyway. In fact, you do actually go through the login process yourself in the browser, even if the web application is on the german server. I don’t know what to advise, I fear there’s no way out unfortunately! Of course, we can refund your money if that’s what you’d like ๐
