KeymasterIs Google Analytics officially available in your country? Where is your server located? Is Analytics available in that country? Can you try to disable all other plugins for a second, and retry, and see if the issue vanishes (then it’s a conflict with something else)?
A nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterI reset them all, you can now reuse them π

KeymasterHi,
if you are switching site, then you should deactivate the license on the previous site before activating it on the new one. If you don’t have control over it anymore, you can post your license key as a private reply and I will reset your license status πA nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterCan you see them in the Analytics dashboard?
Stefano
KeymasterNo worries – it’s totally fine to have questions! Also keep in mind
So it requires paying each author individually? On sites with hundreds of authors this is not the easiest task, but I assume itβs manageable
If you pay with PayPal through the plugin, then you can pay up to 6 authors at a time (PayPal limitations). You select them, hit the payment button, review the payment amounts, enter credentials, and it’s done π
And this gets updated daily (or on each refresh)? And when I pay the sums (whenever it is), I assume it goes to 0 and starts counting again?
So this is a bit of a tricky question. In principle, it does update on each refresh. However, on busy sites with lots of authors we support and recommend the use of caching, where stats are regenerated every day. One thing that will always be updated daily and not more often is Analytics/Adsense data.
And then yes, when you pay the Due payment value will drop to zero and start again from there. Here a page/tutorial on payment workflow π

KeymasterBut it’s simpler that that! π
This is what you tell the plugin:
$1 per 1000 views
And then it will be him who will tell you “you owe 0.50 to author A and 3 to author B”.
Does this make sense?Stefano
KeymasterI see. Do you still get an error when trying to use the Update data feature in the Google Analytics Status box? π
Stefano
KeymasterI’m not sure I understand what you mean with “the required sum” :\
So that I would not have to enter the specific sum for each author and do each payment individually.
The thing is that you don’t have to! The plugin will calculate that for you, basing on the criteria you set in the settings page. Then it takes a couple clicks to actually pay people. I would advise to try out the free version – once you get how that works, then you should just imagine adding the payment option on top. But the basic idea behind the plugin stays the same π
Stefano
KeymasterSure you can! But you will have to upload it somewhere else and post here the link, we don’t provide any video hosting on the forum π
Stefano
KeymasterHi David,
no, we require the admin to always enter PayPal credentials to authorize payment for security reasons πA nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterNo you can do that π
Stefano
KeymasterHi Joe,
I can’t find any pre tag in the only published song: https://wordpress-379828-1325550.cloudwaysapps.com/guitar/artist-name-song-chords/
Can you provide an example?A nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHave you linked Adsense and Analytics as explained in the tutorial?
In case, it might take a few hours to a couple days for the data to show up in Analytics I think.
Stefano
KeymasterHey Joe,
I corrected a mistake in that code, can you try again? πA nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi there,
can you confirm Adsense revenue is correctly displayed in your Analytics dashboard? πA nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHej,
1. I’m not sureecho $payment[βppc_paymentβ];inside the foreach is correct. Do avar_dump($payment)there to see what the data structure is like inside π
2. Seeing what error you get would be helpful πA nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHey,
have you already had a look at our tutorial on the topic? There we showcase solutions for paying writers per visit πStefano
Keymaster1. error of this $raw_stats = $stats[βraw_statsβ];
this line throws an error on other authors page but working fine on Admin roles with id as 1
i am using $author_id = $current_user->IDWell I’d need to see the error to provide meaningful directions, but if it’s that
$current_useris not defined, then you need to have
global $current_user;
before using it.var_dump($payment_history);
only returns an array as the output.. help fix this..I know, but you should be able to see the structure it has inside, and with that to access the information you need π
what i meant is, i want to echo out only the total visit stat for the month for users on the dashboard.
There isn’t a method to get monthly visits – you will always see the total visits for the selected time range π
Stefano
KeymasterHi Joe,
Uhm, I a bit at a loos here, we didn’t change anything in the auth flow… Could you please try to deactivate for a second all other plugins (or at least all which have google dependencies) and check if it persists? πA nice day,
StefanoStefano
Keymasterbut it seamed analytic visits is using a different controller functions, please i will love to get for that as wellβ¦
What do you mean with that? Visits count and payment is included in stats as a normal payment criteria.
i will also love to have code for last payment value
This will fetch+show the payment history for a given author ID – I think you should manage to go further from there π
$author_id = 1; $payment_history = PPCP_payment_history::get_author_payment_history( $author_id ); var_dump($payment_history); -
