KeymasterOh no the plugin doesn’t store your PayPal credentials. That’s sensitive data that I don’t want to store, you input it every time you pay ๐ have you managed to have payment features displayed?
Stefano
KeymasterSorry, bit of a hiccup on the server. Fixed and resent it now ๐

KeymasterDoes your user has personalized settings? If yes, check his own permissions as well ๐

KeymasterHi John,
Never mind about the category ๐What do you mean? You should receive an email after purchasing with all the details on your license. Check your spam folder as well. Haven’t you get it?
Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Daniel,

KeymasterWe got the issue fixed. The problem was that the user had basic payment enabled, but only set to be displayed in the tooltip, so it would show NA in the stats table ๐
Stefano
KeymasterCould you re-enable my last admin account (or set up a new one, however you want) so I can directly look into this? Thanks.
Stefano
KeymasterWill that perhaps change the next time he publishes a post?
No, that shouldn’t affect it.
If you open the detailed stats page for that author, do you see the NA there as well?
Stefano
KeymasterLatest release of Publisher Bonus should fix the issue ๐

KeymasterHi Yoda,
I’ve manually activated the license for you ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterGreat to hear that, and sorry again for the delay! ๐

KeymasterI haven’t tested multisite compatibility in quite a while, but it should work! If you install it network-wide, it should automatically be installed in each sub-site, and each subsite should have its separate settings. What is not available is a network dashboard (ie. a page that displays all earnings from all sub-sites). Does this help? Have you encountered any specific issues?
Have a nice day,

KeymasterDo you have any plugin to manually change role permissions? Do you know if users other than admins have the capability manage_options? Thanks.
I think the answer to this was yes. Anyway, I’ve already fixed it and re-checked Admins override permissions ๐
Hope everything is fine now!Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterOkay, it looks like there is a bug with the Admins override all permissions feature (Miscellanea box). I’ve disabled it for now and Contributors see what they ought to. Will dive into this better tomorrow and release an update ASAP, sorry for the hiccup!
