KeymasterHi Jorge,
the issue is probably an outdated version of the Publisher Bonus which conflicted with the license system of newer addons. Try to update it or, if not possible, to deactivate it temporarily and then try to activate the Facebook addon again while the Publisher Bonus is unactive.Let me know! ๐
Have a nice day,

KeymasterAs I said, have you tried tweaking the Rows to process per page load value? (see screenshot)

KeymasterOkay, the problem is just that you have too high a number in the Rows to update per page load field in the Analytics Settings box. Try to input a lower value and see if this fixes (keep lowering the number as long as you still get new errors as the ones you have in the error log now) ๐

KeymasterHi Alexander,
please make sure that the folder post-pay-counter-pro/temp and all its subfolders/files have 777 permissions. This should fix ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterI understand it’s not written anywhere (there will be the datepicker again in a couple of days), but you should input a date, not a number, in the Update Analytics data field. A valid date is of the form 2016-06-21 ๐

KeymasterHi Jorge,
can you post your Error Log? It’s in the apt box in the Options page ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterOkay, the issue is simply that you’re running PHP 5.4, and my plugin requires at least PHP 5.5 (WordPress recommends PHP 5.6). Contact your host and ask if they can update to a newer version of PHP (PHP 5.4 has reached its end of life date).

KeymasterI have released a new version which should fix the issue, at least for now. However, I asked you to grant me access to the test site for some more days until I figure out the issue completely and release a final fix. Is this fine?

KeymasterOkay, what I’m doing for now is just stripping the feature altogether, because I can’t understand what’s not working. However, if it’s not a problem for you, PLEASE leave the test site up with my account the same, so I can run tests and try to really fix the issue. Let me know.

KeymasterThanks. I had a look, and it really is weird, all the site has problems with javascript. It’s not just my file which isn’t loading, a lot of WordPress core ones aren’t. For example, go to the posts list page (second item in the left menu) and, just below a post, click on the second link (in English it’s Quick edit). You will notice that nothing happens! A lot of javascript is broken! I tried disabling my plugins and it didn’t change.
Any idea of what could be causing it?

KeymasterAny way I could edit the plugin files while I test the plugin on your site? There a couple more things I could try.

1. Create and activate a new databaseIt turns out that the reason for the database?
Well that’s surprising! I wouldn’t know how to give it a sense, but if it works and it’s fine for you, glad to know ๐

KeymasterOf course it is, because the javascript file was not present in older versions so it creates no problems when it cannot be found. I’m afraid I can’t do much more than quote my latest post when I said that
Iโve tried to collapse options boxes on a couple of other customers websites, which were all running latest versions, and I had no problems (and they had no errors in their browser error log). There must be something unique about your setup that I canโt grasp and is creating the issue :\

KeymasterHi Liz,
can you provide more details to your points? I can’t exactly understand what the problems are. More specifically,Marking items as paid takes me to payment confirmation โ donโt want to confirm incase of double payment.
It’s correct. Why wouldn’t you go to the Confirm Payment page before marking as paid?
First lot of payments said they failed/was cancelled, but 4 out of 6 were actually paid, and 2 were not. All 6 now show as paid.
All PayPal payments, even canceled ones, are stored in the payment history. You need to manually delete the transaction if you fail/cancel a transaction.
Users with more than one user role canโt be paid.
That’s interesting! What error do you get?
Have a nice day,

KeymasterI’m sorry, but I don’t quite know what else to advise you. I’ve tried to collapse options boxes on a couple of other customers websites, which were all running latest versions, and I had no problems (and they had no errors in their browser error log). There must be something unique about your setup that I can’t grasp and is creating the issue, but it is not a bug of my plugin :\

KeymasterTry to download this version of the plugin and replace all files. Let me know if the issue is still there.

KeymasterIt happened today, but now update your plug-in and plug-in Yoast SEO. But the problem is if you disable the plugin Yoast SEO
So if you disable Yoast SEO, any problem on Post Pay Counter pages goes away?

KeymasterAs you can see from my screenshot, the plugin does load the file that is missing, but for some reason to me unknown it’s not loaded in your site. You may try to re-upload plugin files, but I doubt this will solve the issue. Either something it’s conflicting or the server still holds some old version of the page I guess.

KeymasterYes, I updated it. Indeed, I had forgotten to updated the version number in the latest release so the plugin always thought to be a release back, even if it had just been updated. Also, it sometimes happens that even after updating, an update looks still available. Deactivating the plugin, applying the update and reactivating the plugin should fix that, when it happens,
June 15, 2016 at 7:58 pm in reply to: After updating the plugin to version 1.5.9.9 stopped expand and collapse #51117Stefano
KeymasterI do not know how to do that
Then I guess you can simply wait until the cache expires by itself. I’m sorry, but there’s not much to do. The options page isn’t loading a javascript file included a couple releases ago, so it’s probably because the old version of the page is still cached.
How do you update a plugin?
I don’t understand what you mean, sorry!
