Hai mica rinominato la cartella del plugin PRO prima/dopo averlo caricato? D’altra parte anche il log degli errori conferma che la cartella si chiama post-pay-counter-pro, quindi a meno che tu non l’abbia rinominato tra il 10 settembre e oggi, deve esserci…

I problemi sembrano essere due:
- La cartella post-pay-counter-pro/temp deve avere permessi 775, e così tutte le sue sottocartelle/file
- Nell’inserire un valore nel campo Aggiorna dati Analytics, devi inserire una data nel formato valido del tipo 2016-07-09. Cliccando sul campo ti comparirà un apposito calendario da cui selezionare un giorno.
Questo dovrebbe permetterti di risolvere 🙂

Hi guys, I went to check PPC today and only 2 of about 10 authors are showing in my list, and all the post counts and past paid amounts are gone.
What do you mean with gone? Are they just not displaying? Are they all to zero? I really don’t see how this could have happened, but do you have a backup?
And maybe add the ‘detailed’ payment section under the summary as a drop down that’s compact by default so my page isn’t 3 miles long with posts lol
PRO version 1.6.5 ships this feature! 🙂

StefanoMy plugin does not track visits, as explained here. But I guess whatever service you are using to keep track of visits, mobile views should be included 🙂

That’s correct. If the Author Basic Payment was an addon of its own (which of course integrates seamlessly into PPC and PRO), would you buy it? 🙂

I don’t know what could have caused it, but it’s likely to be just a permissions issue. Make sure your user Permissions are correctly set up (Personalize Settings > Your role > Your user > Permissions).Does this help? 🙂

thanks for your suggestion.The ability to set a basic payment for users (the same way it is already possible with posts) is something that has been sitting at the back of my mind for a long time. I’ve never made an addon out of it cause I didn’t think enough people would be interested in it. However, the new Author Payment Bonus addon allows you to assign authors a bonus just before paying, in the Confirm Payment page. Does this help achieve what you need? 🙂

I will be paying those who open a post. I would also like pay those who leave comments, but I plan limiting those payments to the 1st 3 comments. I am also looking to enable voice comments, but so far none of those plugins work with the newest version.
Everything you need seems to be built in the free Post Pay Counter version. Have you already tried settings it up? Have you had any specific issues? 🙂
BTW, I hope the backpacking vacation was awesome.

sorry for the delay, but I was on holiday.I would expect the figures to be exactly the same, as the source of the data is the same, but in some cases they are up to 20% different for the month (with PPC Pro showing higher page views than Google). Can you explain exactly how PPC Pro gets the page view data from Google Analytics?
Every day, the plugin reaches to Analytics and asks for all pages which have recorded visits in the previous day. This way, total figures for each post are built day by day. However, what is very important to understand (see this tutorial) is that the figures you see are always totals. Tweaking the time range in the stats page doesn’t alter the views numbers, it only affects what posts are displayed.

the issue is that you have quite an outdated PHP version, lower than PHP 5.5. I advise you to reach to your host and ask them to upgrade your server (it’s usually free of charge, no worries!) 🙂Have a nice day,

The only issue seems to be that you had not pulled visits data for past days, so there was no data to be displayed. I’ve now pulled data for August and stats are starting to crunch numbers. You can select the starting day for visits data in the Google Analytics Status box of the Options page.
