Hi Kathy,
it looks like my emails aren’t reaching you.I SHOULD have managed to find and fix the issue for the Custom Email Notifications preview. I have just released an update for the addon. I have already installed the update on your site, but I have seen edits to file take up to 24 hours to be effective on your site, so you will probably have to wait for the issue to be fixed.
Is there some file caching in place that I can deactivate temporarily? I am having a hard time troubleshooting the Request Payment issue, since any edits I do are not displayed immediately.

I’ve just tried the plugin with PHP 7.1 and it all seems to be working fine for me! What’s not working for you?
While I upgrade my test system to PHP 7.1, could you tell me what is not working exactly? How do you know it’s PHP 7.1 that’s causing the issue? What issues do you have? 🙂

you have purchased two things:– a renewal for your current Post Pay Counter PRO license (38€). However, you owned a 1 website license while purchased a renewal for 2/5 websites. This does not work and requires manual intervention: by default your current license is just extended for another year.
– a new set of license keys for the Addons Premium Bundle (99€), 2-5 websites licenses. This includes several addons, and the licenses are valid up to 5 sites.Please let me know which (if any) you would like to get refunded and also if anything is not working as expected. If you wanted to have your current PRO license extended while renewing I will do it, but I wanted to be sure you did not want that purchased to be refunded. 🙂

StefanoJust one quick check: are you sure the PayPal Sandbox option is disabled in the PayPal Settings box in the plugin Options page?
Otherwise I will contact you by email and find a way to solve this ASAP.

Very strange, there are no errors related to PPC at all… Could you please try to deactivate all other plugins and see if the error persists?
