KeymasterHi Anas,
have you already tried using the Update data feature in the Google Analytics Status box? Also, I’d advise checking out the Analytics tutorial to make sure everything was set up correctly ๐Google Analytics setup and configuration with Post Pay Counter PRO

KeymasterHi Shane,
thanks for reporting. It was a bug – just fixed it and will ship the fix with the next update in the next few hours ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterThanks! I had a look – there was indeed an issue with the shortcode stats. I fixed it in the code on your site, will include it in the next release. I also requested a payment for the only user above the threshold, let me know if you want me to clear it or it’s fine this way ๐

KeymasterHi Chris,
I’m a bit clueless at this point. Would you mind granting me temporary admin access so I can have a look directly? Thanks ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterCan you please provide your license key in a private reply, so I can find it? Thanks
Stefano
KeymasterIt should be possible from the plugins page – if not, try to reload it a couple times. If still not, I am just going to resend you the purchase receipt with the link to the latest version ๐
Stefano
KeymasterHi there,
are you running the latest version 1.5? I got a bug fixed related to this issue last month, where only posts up to yesterday would account for the threshold. This meant that posts written today wouldn’t count for the threshold reaching. Could this be?Let me know! ๐

KeymasterHi Charles,
can you confirm that the Request Payment plugin is installed and active as well? It may be the case that only the PRO version is active, but the other addon is deactivated in the plugin page ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterCiao Alessandro,
scusa il ritardo – rimandato! ๐Buona giornata,

KeymasterHi,
I can confirm that page has shares. Can you confirm Facebook has been correctly linked with the plugin? Can you show a screenshot of the Facebook Settings box? Also, can you try, in the stats page, selecting a time range that would include only the post you have mentioned, and then refreshing the page a couple times?Let me know about both matters ๐

StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Jim,
the issue is due to the fact that you are trying to pull Adsense data as well as Analytics one, but your Adsense data is not linked to your Analytics one. To fix it, either disable Adsense data in the Google Analytics Settings box in plugin options, or make sure Adsense is correctly linked to Analytics. To do that, go to Analytics > Admin > select your site > Adsense Linking and follow the instructions displayed there ๐Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Vu,
one thing that may affect the update is refreshing the stats page a couple times, since Facebook data is only updated when stats are loaded. If that still doesn’t change anything, can you share the post URL? ๐Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Shane,
you can have a look at this tutorial for a comprehensive list of shortcodes and parameters ๐Display stats details in public pages with Post Pay Counter PRO shortcode

KeymasterHi Anthony,
No, settings updates are applied immediately ๐ maybe some users have personalized settings and still have the old ones? Could this be the case?Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Raj,
just looked – select a wider time range for the referral visits to show up in the main table as well. For example, choosing All time as time range makes all referral visits show up ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi there,
this is very weird! When you say that they didn’t go through, what do you mean? Did you cancel the payment when on the PayPal form? Or what? Please provide some more details ๐Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Raj,
I checked, thanks. The issue was that you were trying to pull Adsense data without having linked your Analytics and Adsense accounts. Quoting from the Adsense tutorial I already linked to you,First of all, make sure Adsense is correctly linked to Analytics. To do that, go to Analytics > Admin > select your site > Adsense Linking and follow the instructions displayed there, is the link is not already estabilished.
Then you can go back and reactivate Adsense revenue in the plugin in the Analytics settings box. The setup was incomplete, so again I advise you to go through the tutorials and spend some time setting up the plugin correctly ๐ It was not showing any data because you did not pull any past data. I pulled data from the last two months and there is something now.
Also, there are no referral visits to be shown because… there are no referral visits! A referral visit is logged when someone visits your site through a link that ends with
ppc_ref=userid, and up to now there are none.Hope this helps!
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterThanks! I’m on holiday this long weekend, but if you create me a temp admin account, I’ll be happy to look into the issue as soon as I get home (around Tuesday) ๐
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterThanks. Can you also show your Analytics dashboard? Where you see that pages do have some visits, with their paths.
Stefano
KeymasterHi there,
please don’t open new topics, but reply to your existing one. Did you try what I advised in my last reply? Can you provide a screenshot both of your Google Analytics dashboard with some pages showing visits and the setup of the plugin? Thanks. -
