KeymasterCiao Maurizio,
puoi specificare meglio qual Γ¨ il problema? Magari mostrando anche uno screenshot? πBuona giornata,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterUhm, that’s weird! I will see if there is any filtering happening on our end (GoDaddy server have a history of spam traffic, so it is not uncommon for them to get blocked), I will get back to you later today. Otherwise we have a way of manually activating the license, but you may have issues with other features (like PayPal) π

KeymasterI am sorry, what should I notice? π
Also, please do not misunderstand the role of the time range in the stats page: that does NOT control visits. In fact, that time range only controls what posts are displayed in stats depending on their publishing date. The time range for which visits is displayed ALWAYS starts at the day shown in the Analytics Status box of the Options page, up to the current day πStefano
KeymasterCan you find those posts in the plugin stats? Do they specifically show with 0 visits in the detailed author stats (maybe they are from a different time range that what you are seeing now)? π
Stefano
KeymasterFrom your video I can see that almost all views are from non-posts URLs, such as the homepage, the earnings page, the login, etc. Only the third to last line looks from a real post. Keep in mind that Post Pay Counter will only show visits on posts, not from general pages on your blog π
Does this clarify?Stefano
KeymasterHi Abdul,
a few steps to check:- Is the Analytics profile you selected the right one?
- Have you tried importing data manually through the Update data feature in the Analytics Status box?
- Can you post a screenshot of your Analytics dashboard (one in which we can see URLs of some visited pages?)
Have a nice day, π

KeymasterHi Juan,
it is not a matter of timeout, but rather of outbound connections being blocked. As far as I can see, your server is not allowed to connect to outside servers – this is needed for plugin activation and other plugin features, where we need to connect to other servers πDecember 7, 2019 at 10:57 pm in reply to: Problems with AdSense renvue "ppcp_ga_update_data_error" #69855Stefano
KeymasterI have just released the update!
If I exported the data manually on 1.12, the plugin will update the data from that day on every day
Yes, that is correct, you do not need to worry anymore after the first import π
Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Radhika,
we do not offer any demo. However, for us the situation is a bit different, since we have a free version that you can use to understand how the plugin works and if it suits your needs. Then, the PRO version and any addons have a 30-days full refund policy, so you can go ahead and buy them even if you are unsure, knowing that you will get all your money back if for any reason they do not suit you πHope this helps!

KeymasterI get this error message when updating the pay counter admin panel for each published post. Furthermore, my backend is extremely slow as soon as the rows that are updated move towards zero, it never reaches zero but stops at 2-10 rows.
If the row count does not drop to zero and it is always the same rows being handled, just clear the queue. There is a small glitch that prevents some rows to be processed – we noticed it and fixed it, and we are going to release the fix later today anyway π
If I want to pay out my authors monthly with the AdSense income from the month. Do I have to export the data manually every month or can I update it automatically? So for example I started the plugin on 1.12 on 31.12 I will pay out the first time, do I then have to export the data manually on 31.12 from 1.12 to 31.12?
As far as I understand it, you do not need to export anything, that’s the beauty of the plugin! When you mark authors/posts as paid, the due payment columns will get reset to zero, and the following month you will only pay for the newly generated revenue, as the plugin can keep track of your payments! π
Hope this helps!
Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Syed,
glad you are customizing the look to your liking! π1. We do not provide any way of doing this, I am afraid. If you want to hack the plugin code, which I do not advise, the block that displays overall stats is at the bottom of file post-pay-counter.php, at what is currently line 780.
2. This is something we do not support as well. We might add a filter to allow filtering the output at some point, but there is not now: the idea is that the overall stats table should really display ALL stats πHave a nice day,
StefanoDecember 5, 2019 at 1:46 pm in reply to: please is this plugin can add another payment method #69798Stefano
KeymasterHi,
as direct payment through the plugin, we only support PayPal. However, you can pay with whatever method you wish outside of the plugin, and then mark authors/posts as paid in the plugin, so that it will keep track of your payments and due payments πHope this helps!
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterIt usually does earn after it is marked as paid. However, there is also an option to prevent this from happening, so that marked as paid posts just keep having zero Due payment forever π
Hope this helps!
Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Moebius,
the problemga:adsenseRevenue can only be queried under certain conditionsis due to the fact that Adsense is not linked to your Analytics account. Either disable it in the plugin from the Analytics Settings box, or make sure Adsense is correctly linked to Analytics. To do that, go to Analytics > Admin > select your site > Adsense Linking and follow the instructions displayed there πHave a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Juan,
this is very unusual. Please, both try again (it may have well been a temporary issue) or get in touch with your host and make sure that outbound connections (at least to this site, postpaycounter.com) are allowed πHave a nice day,

KeymasterHi Peter,
that’s very weird indeed! What error are you getting exactly? πHave a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterI am very sorry, but I could not think of anything else that you could buy now. That is why we offer the Amazon gift card thing, but it apparently got rejected π I really do not know what else to do, I am afraid.
Stefano
KeymasterGreat, I am super happy to hear that! π
Stefano
KeymasterI see – and indeed I do not find any easy payment options from there. I am sorry, I think we have run out of options (other than getting in touch with someone who could lend you their PayPal) π
Stefano
KeymasterI am trying to limit my editor/authorβs accessβ¦ and only have them focus on creating postsβ¦
That is fine, but please also check that you or your role does not have any limitations for what concerns Post Pay Counter π
