December 2, 2019 at 7:12 am #69696StefanoKeymasterHi Juan,
this is very unusual. Please, both try again (it may have well been a temporary issue) or get in touch with your host and make sure that outbound connections (at least to this site, postpaycounter.com) are allowed ๐Have a nice day,

My host provider (Godaddy) tell me that Time Out Parameters can’t be changed because my site it’s working on a shared hosting. This could be the reason of the issue? Please give more information to make many validations, and give me please whats are the right parameters in timeout that system must meets, or any info that i could need to check with my provider
Thanks

December 8, 2019 at 10:31 am #69869StefanoKeymasterHi Juan,
it is not a matter of timeout, but rather of outbound connections being blocked. As far as I can see, your server is not allowed to connect to outside servers – this is needed for plugin activation and other plugin features, where we need to connect to other servers ๐December 8, 2019 at 11:27 pm #69894Juan CamiloGuestHi Stefano,
Could you give me more information about what kind of outbound connections are needed, because i have just phone Godaddy and they told me that there’s no blocking applied. They told me to ask you what parameters or specific configuration they need to apply. Or what kind of servers must accept connections. Thanks,
December 9, 2019 at 10:12 am #69901StefanoKeymasterUhm, that’s weird! I will see if there is any filtering happening on our end (GoDaddy server have a history of spam traffic, so it is not uncommon for them to get blocked), I will get back to you later today. Otherwise we have a way of manually activating the license, but you may have issues with other features (like PayPal) ๐
December 10, 2019 at 2:42 am #69934Juan CamiloGuestStefano,
i’ll prefer to proceed with the manually process to activate the plugin because im need it urgently while you check if there’s any block.let me know what’s the next step.
thanks
December 10, 2019 at 10:52 am #69948StefanoKeymasterI’ll get in touch by email now ๐
