Well, hooks are in place in the code to allow custom handling and editing of each payment, but if you’re not technically skilled you’ll someone to do that for you 🙂

Actually, what I am looking for is a way to customize the fixed fee. Is there a way (in the code) to make a reference to an external database?

    E.g. basic_payment = predefined_wordcount_of_the_text*0,05

predefined_wordcount_of_the_text then is found in a database on my site

(I’m not a technical person, so i’m just suggesting some options)

Setting the bonus for each post will require manual work, while i want to automate the “variable fee” a writer gets for the text.

First thing I can think of is set a basic payment of zero, and then using the payment bonus PRO feature, which allows you to award each post a specific bonus, different every time. For every post you would thus set its payment in the post editing page with no predefined rule. Could this work?

    Have a nice day,

    Hi Stefano,

Hope you are well. Just wondered if you could kindly send me the version that counts “published private” posts please.

Al long as it does not count other private statuses of posts ie, does not count private drafts, private scheduled etc.

Basically counts Published Public and Private posts only.

Thanks a lot and speak soon.

I am sending you a copy of the latest issue of the newsletter with the latest version details and link. Some servers don’t allow outbound connections, or at any rate prevent the autoupdate mechanism for working, and that’s why I added the newsletter as well. Let me know!

    Hi Indira,
are you running version 1.4.6, and have you manually updated Analytics data after updating to that latest version?

    Have a nice day,
    Stefano

    Hi Kimberly,
well that could be useful witi only one post being paid, but with several posts being paid, as it often happens, is would not be possible to do.

    Have a nice day,

    hi there,

Thanks for the help, update the IPN with url suggested customised for the site.

Made a payment but still did not verify.

Have created a admin user, how do i get the details to you.?

Try to enable IPN in your account with the address like yourWPsite.com/ppcp/paypal. For example, for this website, it would be http://www.thecrowned.org/ppcp/paypal.

If this leads to nothing, a temporary admin account may help, yes thanks.

just wondering is there anyway to test to see if the plugin is working correctly?

I have deactivated and re-activated it but no luck getting it to verify.

do you want a login to check?
