KeymasterHi Omar,
this is often due to too wide a time range selected. Maybe also have a look at the Performance section in the Miscellanea box in the Options – there are a few settings that might help.
You can also, as you ask, reduce the number of elements shown per page. To do so, look at the top-right of the page, under Screen options πA nice day,

KeymasterHi there,
there is currently no way to add a note with a payment bonus. You may add a note when marking a post/author as paid though – maybe that can help πA nice day,

KeymasterHi Faith,
no, plugin deactivation should not wipe any data. I don’t know what could have happened there, but there is nothing in the plugin doing that (unless you uninstall them, but that’s different). For frontend stats, check out our shortcode tutorial! π

KeymasterHi Alex,
Unfortunately we can only accept payments through PayPal :/A nice day,

KeymasterHi Alex,
1. You may use whatever manual payment method you wish, and then mark the posts/authors as paid within the plugin, to still take advantage of its payments tracking and calculation features. See this tutorial. PayPal is the only “automatic” supported payment gateway though.
2. I am not familiar with that the MyCred plugin. We provide a shortcode to display stats in the frontend wherever you wish though (see this tutorial), so you might be able to achieve something similar to your screenshot. I suggest giving it a try πA nice day,

KeymasterHi Donniet,
this is something we have never seen, and for which there doesn’t seem to be any documentation available! I honestly don’t know what to advise, other than to double check that all parameters make sense (recipient is different from sender, etc). I must say I don’t have much guidance to offer here, I am afraid :/A nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Charles,
1. Yes, have a look at the shortcode tutorial to know how to hide some columns: https://postpaycounter.com/ppcp-display-stats-in-public-pages-with-post-pay-counter-pro-shortcode/
2. Yes, but an extra addon is needed: the Author Payment Bonus addon π

KeymasterCiao Antonio,
ti ho scritto una email.Stefano
KeymasterCiao Antonio,
Buona giornata,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterI would deem unlikely that they would clash, since Post Pay Counter have very few elements that go in the public side of the site (and are all optional) π but I guess the only way to know if your particular setup will work is to just try it out π
Stefano
KeymasterSorry for the delay. I don’t have any link to share about the default theme. The defualt theme I am talking about is the one that comes by default when downloading BuddyPress. If you have deleted it, fetch it anew π
A nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterUhm, weird error. When did it pop up? Can you try to use the manual update feature in the Analytics Status box in the Settings?
Stefano
KeymasterI understand it doesn’t work with BuddyX, but did you try with the default BuddyPress theme?

KeymasterHi Tony,
if it was working properly originally, is there something that changed over time in your setup (even external to Post Pay Counter)? Can you compare a post that has correct views figure with one that has not in your Analytics dashboard, and make sure the entries have the same structure? There has been no recent updates on this so I would double check that no other component of your setup has broken πA nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Shannon,
it should work straightaway!Could you try with the default BuddyPress theme, to see if it is theme-dependent? π
A nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Faith,
can you try having only the PRO version active (so no Request Payment addon) and see if the situation changes? Also, are there any related error in the server logs?A nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHello,
likely an error is happening in the backend. You might get more information in your browser console and/or in the server logs. Can you find anything?A nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterWell, that shouldn’t be the case. It is customary to hide errors from the frontend, since you don’t want visitors to see them, but they should still be logged somewhere. It is bad practice not to do so (it has to do with server configuration, not plugin-related), because then issues are virtually impossible to troubleshoot. Maybe your host can help in making sure logging is enabled? :/
Stefano
KeymasterI sure can look, but if the errors are hidden from the visitor and only logged in the back (as it looks like, by your description), I wouldn’t be able to understand much. Maybe you can try to reactivate the plugin, have the error happen, deactivate it and hear from your host, mentioning that you would expect an error to have occurred at [TIME YOU TRIED]? π
Stefano
KeymasterOn a shared hosting, you’d most likely have to ask your host. On an Apache server, they usually live in /var/log/apache2/error.log, for example
