    Hi,

After activating the pro plugin and request payment, our website has login issues where we are unable to access the admin dashboard but are instead redirected to the frontend. We have tried deactivating and activating again but still the same problem. Thanks.

    Hi Faith,
can you try having only the PRO version active (so no Request Payment addon) and see if the situation changes? Also, are there any related error in the server logs?

    A nice day,
    Stefano

Uhm, weird error. When did it pop up? Can you try to use the manual update feature in the Analytics Status box in the Settings?

    Hi,

We had an issue where all plugins needed to be deactivated and activated again. Immediately that was done, we saw that all the visit counts and money made by the authors all wiped away and went back to 0. Is this what usually happens whenever the plugin is deactivated? Is there a way to stop this from happening in the future?

Secondly, we are trying to create a frontend dashboard for the authors, is it possible to add the post pay counter on the menu for them to see this via the front end? We are using WP User Frontend for now.

    Thanks.

    Hi Faith,
no, plugin deactivation should not wipe any data. I don’t know what could have happened there, but there is nothing in the plugin doing that (unless you uninstall them, but that’s different).

For frontend stats, check out our shortcode tutorial! 🙂

    A nice day,
    Stefano
