Dalle statistiche generali: http://oi59.tinypic.com/24vqts2.jpg
compare 840 parole e 3.40 invece che 425 parole e 1.70Stefano
KeymasterCiao Valerio,
mi dispiace per il casino!Da quale a quale versione hai aggiornato, hai mica fatto caso? Puoi controllare la cronologia dei pagamenti per gli utenti i cui importi non tornano, e vedere se c’è qualcosa di sbagliato là?
Buona giornata,

KeymasterHi Stefano,
Please take a look at the latest post on this thread as aI am still a bit confused about this one thing.
Thanks
Stefano
KeymasterThat feature is available indeed, as you can see from this screenshot. It may be a problem of permissions: make sure in Post Pay Counter > Options > Permissions settings you have the first three checked. Then, in the stats page, if you click on a user’s name you will be sent to the detailed stats of that author.
Is this fine? A refund is always possible, but if this is your problem I’m sure we can sort this out and you’ll be able to use the plugin to boost your business and save you time.
Have a nice day,

KeymasterThis actually isn’t the functionality I need – I need stats for an author for all posts he/she has written in just one specified month. Looks like that’s not possible here. Any way you can provide me with a refund?
Serkan
KeymasterMy assumption was correct in that by revoking the GA access from PPC, the options page loaded correctly (with GA by Yoast activate).
Anyways, after muckin around for a while I have done the following and everything works….
– Deactivated GA by Yoast
– Re authorised GA for PPC
– Set “Update Google Analytics data” to 30 (since I installed PPC less than a month ago)
– Process 500 rowsNow all views are displaying realistic amounts (looks right).
So question now (because I am still not clear on this)…
If I was just to leave the settings as they are, are the views going to be calculated and automatically updated accordingly?
OR
Do I need to go in to PPC options and keep on updating the “Update Google Analytics data” setting while increasing the number? Please clarify this for me. Does PPC automatically update the views so that users can log in and check their view counts (without me having to do anything)?
Sorry again for so many posts.
Thanks StefanoSerkan
KeymasterSorry to keep posting…
I just deactivated Google Analytics by Yoast and it has fixed the PPC options page problem.
Do I maybe need to just revoke the access from PPC, and then enable the GA plugin? I am worried to try this in case i lose the view data.
Thanks
Serkan
KeymasterOh and also the wordpress menu on the right seems to be cut off instead of going all the way down like it should.
Also, checked console and this error is displayed…
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)…
http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ppc-optionsThink thats probably got something to do with it lol.
Thanks
Serkan
KeymasterHi Stefano,
Thanks for your response.Ok heres an update on things…
After I created this topic, I went and installed Google Analytics by Yoast, and after doing so, it successfully displayed figures that seemed way more realistic in the PPC stats. So I was like Yeah! Fixed!
Now I checked the stats again but they seem to be stuck on those numbers again, even though it’s a day later and there are definitely more views that should be shown.
So I thought, ok maybe I need to update through the PPC options again, so I went in there and it seems that there is something wrong with PPC now because the settings on the right side of the screen are all gone. I just see their widget headings but if I click on them (to open the widget), nothing happens.

Any ideas?
ThanksStefano
KeymasterHi there,
The feature was actually removed a couple releases ago and I forgot to update the tutorial. Anyway. Analytics data are updated automatically every day.Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Serkan,
you got it almost all right: when you pull stats manually through the Update feature in the Options page, you’re kind of setting a starting point. After that, every day new visits are pulled and added to previous ones. However, the first import is usually huge, so you’ll have to refresh the stats page some times before data will display correctly (you’ll know you’re done when the Pending rows counted in the Analytics status box will be down to 0).When you pay visits are not reset to 0, but the plugin keeps track of how many visits you paid for and subtracts them from the totals every time. You only need to import manually the first time, or if you experience problems, but usually only once is needed.
Google Analytics for WprdPress by Yoast only displays the Analytics tracking code in your blog pages, but I’m assuming you already something doing its work.
Don’t hesitate to ask for more info if needed!
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Gyutae,
to see posts from previous months you can tweak the date picker available in the stats page and selected the desired time range, up to the first published post ever. To account for visits logged from before the installation of the plugin, you can use the feature available in Post Pay Counter > Options > Google Analytics Status > Update Google Analytics data: just input the desired number of days you’d like visits for and hit Update. You’ll then have to refresh some times the stats page until the Pending ros counter in the Analtyics box doesn’t go down to 0.Does this answer?
Have a nice day,
