    Hello,
    Try to refresh the stats page some times and see if visits data start to show up. Anyway, I am currently on vacation. I’ll be back on 2nd January. I can help you troubleshoot and fix your issue then.

    Hi there,
    Just uncheck the first two permissions in the permission box in the settings and you should achieve what you need.

    Sorry, I forgot to mention that the notification states that a new version of the PRO plugin is available – then the plugin reverts to the free version when I upgrade.

    Quite confusing.

    Ciao Luca,
    il problema è solo che il tuo utente (se hai impostazioni personalizzate anche per te, altrimenti guarda nelle impostazioni generali) non ha il terzo permesso attivo. Se lo spunti dovrebbe andare a posto tutto.

    Hi Serkan,
    sorry so much for the delay! Apparently, I just missed the notifications for your topic…

    I’m glad you managed to solve the issues all by yourself – of course I’ll be here to help you in any further problem you may encounter. To your question: the plugin automatically updates data from Analytics every day, so if everything’s working fine, every day numbers should increase without you doing anything.

    Thanks for the reply. That screenshot actually doesn’t demonstrate the functionality that I need. For example, I would need pageview stats for an author for all posts published (between say, Jan 2014 to Dec 2014) for the month of Dec 2014 only. That isn’t possible, right?

    Sì, ma non c’è bisogno che lo fai a mano, proprio a fianco di ogni voce nell cronologia c’è un piccolo link per cancellarla.

    Per l’immagine di caricamento sempre in bella vista – me ne sono accorto un paio di giorni fa e ho risolto, non volevo tuttavia rilasciare un aggiornamento della PRO solo per quello. Se non ti disturba troppo, la lascerei lì fino al prossimo rilascio, quando andrà a posto da sola 🙂
