The translation system is just the same for both plugins, so it’s quite weird that what worked for the free hasn’t for the PRO. I assume you’ve done the same steps for both plugins, right?

Around line 115 of post-pay-counter-pro.php, change
add_action( 'add_meta_boxes', array( $this, 'post_page_metabox' ) );

To

//add_action( 'add_meta_boxes', array( $this, 'post_page_metabox' ) );

Please note that you’ll have to do this again for every time the plugin is updated, as you will lose custom modifications 🙂
