Negative “Due Pay” after Payment

    I recently successfully paid 7 writers via PayPal, but on the Stats now the last (the 7th) writer’s “Due Pay” amount is a negative of the value that was just paid.

    The other 6 payments are displaying Pay Due as $0.00 correctly, it’s only this last entry on the stats list.

    How can this be resolved? I’m running:

    Installed version: 2.490
    PRO version: 1.5.7.3

    Is this negative value stored somewhere in the database that I might manually update it? What could be causing this error on a single user’s payment history and not all others?

    Is it the first time that happens? Just try to open the Payment history for the user and delete the last record, this should fix it!

    It seems to sporadically happen to another user as well, but I’ve never been able to reproduce it and I haven’t been able to understand what could be causing it. I’ll dive deeper into it to see if there’s some piece of code which could be causing the issue!

    How do you delete the payment history? When I pull up the payment history, there’s no option to delete it. One of my writer’s stats has been negative for 2 weeks now. Help.

    You need to make sure that you have the permission to do that, please check your user’s permissions.
