KeymasterHi Marcos,
you probably don’t have permissions to use that feature.Head to Post Pay Counter > Options > Personalize Settings > Your username, if already personalized | if not, click on Administrator and then your username > Permissions > make sure Users can toggle posts exclusion/inclusion from stats is ticked and Save settings.
Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi, it’s not about the trust but I will have other administrators on my site and it will not look professional if my authors would receive an amount from another person and not from my site…

KeymasterHi there,
I’m aware that on PayPal’s payment page a different name shows up (mine, probably), but that cannot be changed, unfortunately (PayPal limitations). If you don’t trust where the money are going, and I’d understand, make a really small payment first and see that it will indeed go to the intended recipient 🙂Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterThe issue was that there was still one user who, in his personalized settings, had the threshold check box ticked. Being the only one with published posts, his posts wouldn’t show up and so nothing would be displayed 🙂

KeymasterWhat was wrong with it?

KeymasterHi Fris,
Is there a specific reason? Is something going wrong?Have a nice day,

Keymaster@ Michele
Potresti mandarmi uno screenshot delle statistiche in cui i conti non tornano e uno della cronologia dei pagamenti per quell’autore per favore?@ PDed
Could you post a screenshot of the payment history with faulty records as well please?
Have you tried just deleting the wrong records? If you can’t see any button to do that, make sure you have the apt permission in the Permissions box in the Options. Then open the payment history with bad records and delete the wrong ones. Does this help?PDed
KeymasterThanks for your help. To answer your questions:
If you look at the payment history of users with wrong amounts, are there any bad records (could be multiple ones, ones you haven’t actually paid, or anything wrong)? Some of the payment histories aren’t correct at all. One states that I paid a writer 3 times what I usually pay her. The transactions I can mark as paid have been paid. This problem has been happening for six months or so. So yes there are bad payment histories
Have you changed your counting settings before this happened? No, I haven’t change my counting settings in months.
Has it ever happened that you went to pay with PayPal, but then canceled the payment when you were already in PayPal’s page? Yes, I’ve done that because the amount was wrong. I was hoping the total payment amount would appear instead of the due pay amount. Unfortunately, it never does.
Michele
KeymasterCiao, lo stesso qui.
Considerando per esempio, un pagamento di una settimana, il dovuto delle altre 3 settimane, rispetto al totale non corrisponde. E io non uso la funzione Paypal…Stefano

Have you changed your counting settings before this happened? Has it ever happened that you went to pay with PayPal, but then canceled the payment when you were already in PayPal’s page? Because in that case, the payment record in the plug in gets written anyway, so that could be a cause…Have a nice day,

KeymasterIt should be fixed now. Check it out and let me know 🙂

Keymasteryou have administrator access now
Stefano
KeymasterCiao Alessio,
Buona giornata,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Alma,
thanks for reporting.
Please try to update to newly-released version 2.504, it should fix the issue 🙂Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterI have that on my to-do list, yes, thanks 🙂
Stefano
KeymasterThanks, I’ve got it, but I have almost no permission in the wp-admin… I need to at least be able to see all the PPC pages

KeymasterOk, I added you. You should have received an email with your username and login link.
Stefano
KeymasterYou’ve handled it greatly by yourself, congrats! The capability probably didn’t get registered during plug in install, don’t know why, but happy you managed to solve 🙂
Have a nice day,
StefanoDennis
KeymasterI found the solution my self:
You can add custom capabilities.
I added: post_pay_counter_manage_options for admin and now it works 🙂Dennis
KeymasterSorry, I can now see the administrator rights.
post_pay_counter_access_stats is checked. -
