KeymasterHi Deric,
There was probably an issue with analytics data updates on busy administrative sections, I’m currently waiting for confirmation from another user to know if my fix worked, and will then release it ๐Sorry for the inconvenient!
Have a nice day,
StefanoDeric
KeymasterThank you for getting back to me. We are using caching, both in a plugin and at the server. We’ve tried turning caching off in both, but the counts remain very wrong. Do you have any further suggestions?

KeymasterHi Em,
have a look at the feature in Options > Miscellanea > Stats page permissions, it should allow you to do what you need. As for the shortcode, if you want to reproduce the general stats page, you can just use [ppc] ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterCiao Angelo,
Buona giornata,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterWe got it fixed BTW ๐

KeymasterHi Deric,
are you using any server-caching or caching plugin on your WordPress? Could you try disabling them for a while and pulling data anew please?Have a nice day,
StefanoBrennen
KeymasterI’m going to test out that theory and report back. ๐

KeymasterDo you have any other ideas as to what may be causing this? I can provide you some additional information about the website via email if needed.
Yes please. Having temporary admin access to your site would be best, if possible. The email is support[ at] thecrowned [dot]org.

KeymasterHey Stefano,
Thank you for the reply. So when I went and deleted the individual user settings and it seemed to fix the problem. But then when I went to modify the admin account settings in order to view all other user’s data, the same problem came back.
So I tried creating a new admin account (without any posts) and downgraded the previous admin (the account with posts) to author status. The problem still persists.
For now, the overall settings seem to be applying to everyone, which is fine. But eventually I would like to be able to edit individual user settings with different pay rates, etc.
Do you have any other ideas as to what may be causing this? I can provide you some additional information about the website via email if needed.
Let me know, thanks for your time.
Antony

KeymasterWarning: date() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /home/downlin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-pay-counter-pro/classes/ppcp_google_analytics_class.php on line 1189
Try to go to Google Analytics Status > Update data > input some value different from zero and submit. See if it works then.
How about the answer for including all old articles unique views, with recent week views for weekly payment? is this possible?
Sorry about this, wanted to answer but forgot. The thing is that when you select a time range, posts published in that time frame are selected. Although visits get counted even for old posts, if you select this week as time frame, posts published this week will be displayed. What’s important to understand is that it won’t display posts that have logged visits this week.
So if you want a post published last week to be displayed this week, so that you can pay its new visits, you need to adjust the time range to include last week as well. You can set up the plugin to always display all stats by setting a huge number of days as default time range in the Miscellanea box in the Options.
Does this help? ๐

KeymasterHi Antony,
that’s the strangest thing I’ve seen in months. Could I ask you to delete both user settings and see if setting them up anew makes the issue disappear? Let me know!Have a nice day,
