KeymasterCiao Irene,
Buona giornata,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Scott,
Are you using the latest version? I fixed a bug like that in the latest release. If that’s not the problem, could I have a temp admin account to personally look into this?Have a nice day,
StefanoScott Webster
KeymasterIt seemed to max out around 536,000 and has been slowly dipping back down. For now I will wait to see what happens.

KeymasterA half hour later and that figure has climbed to more than 500,000.

KeymasterCiao,
anche ho un problema simile.
Il sito per cui scrivo utilizza wordpress da cui ho la possibilità di vedere il post pay counter (non sempre è visibile però). Il numero di parole, di immagini e il pagamento totale non corrisponde con quello pattuito.
Come fare?
Grazie, ciaoStefano
KeymasterHi BJ,
my shame: the page on the website was outdated! The trial feature doesn’t exist anymore, sorry 🙂As for linking two authors, there’s currently no way to do that.
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterThat’s right, I’ll try to do that this week 🙂

KeymasterHi Stefano!
For me personally, I would like a per-user-role option. Because I want administrators to be able to add bonus to an article when needed.
Thanks in advance 🙂

KeymasterHi Martin,
since you’re not the first to ask, I’ll try to add this in the next release.Would a simple checkbox to enable/disable it be enough, or would you be needing a per-user-role option?
Have a nice day,
StefanoDenis
KeymasterNow it works fine. Thank you.
Stefano
KeymasterHi Martin,
that’s very strange and has never come up before!Could I ask you for a temporary admin account on your site, so I can personally look into this problem? You can reach me at support [at ] thecrowned [dot] org. Thanks!
Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi there,
there’s currently no way to move the PayPal email field, sorry! It was put there because it looked like the only page users would surely have access to, and didn’t need them to be able to see the PPC pages.Have a nice day,
StefanoDeric
KeymasterNevermind – found the deactivate button on the old server & got it.

KeymasterIf I’m not mistaken, the problem was that general settings and some user personalized ones had Counting Settings > Total Payment > Pay only when the total payment threshold is reached ticked. Unchecking it fixed. Could this be?
Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Dave,
sorry for the delay, been away with no internet. What about some Skype/screen-sharing/something that would put us directly in touch, so we can try to fix this together? Maybe email me at support [at ] thecrowned [ dot] org so we can arrange that, if it’s fine for you.Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Chris,
sorry for the delay, I’ve been away with no Internet.Do you have personalized settings for you and/or your users? Could you post a screenshot of the Publisher Bonus box in the general options please?
Have a nice day,

KeymasterDo you have personalized settings for your users? Make sure that in Options > Counting settings > Visits payment Analytics is selected as counting method, both for general settings and for all users’ personalized settings.
Does this help?
Geoff
KeymasterWhat was the solution to this? I’m having the same issue. Thanks

KeymasterIt is also not counting views correctly. When I click on the google analytics, one post say 31 unique views wich should equate to $.31, but it only shpws $.01

KeymasterYes, those three permissions are checked, but it is still only showing my stats. All my other authors have N/A next to their posts, and I can’t view any of their stats.
