KeymasterCould you please point to specific posts/authors that have wrong/empty stats, so I can test directly those? Thanks!
Stefano
KeymasterThanks for the credentials, I’ll have a look and let you know. Don’t worry, private posts can only be seen by support staff π

KeymasterThanks for all the details! It certainly looks like a weird issue for sure! May I ask you temporary admin access to the site, so I can personally look into it? π

KeymasterThe problem is that my AdSense currency is still shown in USD although I changed it to EUR a few weeks ago. How can I solve this problem?
You may want to update data manually, so to receive completely updated data. You can do so from Options > Google Analytics Status > Update data. If, instead, the issue is with your Adsense account, not with the data the plugin shows, then I can be of little help. I’d seek support from the Google Adsense if this is the case. π

KeymasterHi Marius,
[09-Dec-2017 15:12:12 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: author in post-pay-counter-pro/classes/ppcp_html_functions_class.php on line 554
This is not really a relevant error, you can just ignore it π
So the Post Pay Counter seems to have stopped working, i can see some stats in the backend, but no stats are shown for the βusersβ
Can you explain a bit more what the issue is, exactly? When no stats are shown, what do you get? An error, or a blank page? Have you tried selecting a more narrow time range?
Let me know!

KeymasterHi Stephan,
the plugin does no currency conversion at all. Look at revenue data shown in Analytics besides Adsense only, and notice that clicks on banners in non-articles pages (such as homepage, category/tag pages and so on) don’t count for the plugin, because they cannot be attributed to any author in particular.Does this help? π

KeymasterOkay, so resources are unlikely to be an issue. It could still be timeout though, could you check that? π

KeymasterHi Luis,
I have just extended your license to a 5 websites one πHave a nice day,

KeymasterSo it has something to do with the admin users
Yes and no. As an admin, you are allowed to see stats for all users together, which requires computing much more data than each user requires. So, basing on what you said, it’s very likely that your hosting does not allocate enough memory/computing time, and this results in the plugin failing to generate stats. This is confirmed by the fact that smaller stats sets are correctly handled. I would advise reaching out to your host and seeing if they can do anything to help. You may want to have a look at the settings in Post Pay Counter > Options > Miscellanea > Performance to make stats generation faster by turning off unneeded features π
Let me know!

KeymasterHi Herman,
I’m afraid we don’t offer anything like that. What we do offer, though, is a free (temporary) license extension for development testing. This means that a 1-website license could be extended, for free, to a 2-websites license for a given time, to let you test/troubleshoot in localhost. Does this help? πOf course, the free version (Post Pay Counter) is always available… for free! π

KeymasterWhere are you storing the php log in the settings? I have Centos, and I do not see php error logs in the standard /var/log directory.
The plugin does not alter the default logging file location, that’s up to your Apache/nginx/PHP setup. Double check your logging settings – you may have it disabled (check your wp-config.php as well).
This is the error I was and am getting, (I dont think its helpful IMHO):
No, that’s not relevant.
Just to clarify, do you get a blank page every time you try to load the stats page? If that’s the case, try to change (make narrower) your default time range. You can find that setting in Options > Miscellanea > Default stats time range π

KeymasterHi George,
that should absolutely not happen! Are you sure? Can you double check and post screenshots? I just checked and it looks fine to me. Thanks!Have a nice day,

KeymasterThanks for all the details and screenshots. Can you have a look at the payment history for that author and see if those 230 have not already been paid somehow? I will investigate further anyway. Also, can you confirm that you are running latest versions of all addons?

KeymasterSorry for the delay – I have just reset your license: you can now reactivate it on another site π

KeymasterCan you please post your license key, marking the post as private? So I can reset your license, and make it able to be activated in other websites – you probably forgot to deactivate it in the old one π

KeymasterThanks for reporting, I have now silenced that particular error in the log, it will ship with the next release. It was just too verbose, but there were no real issues π

KeymasterAre you trying to activate your license on a new site? In this case, you may have to deactivate it on other sites, depending on the license you have purchased. For example, a 1 website license key can only be active on one site at a time π
