KeymasterWell, if you have three different wp-admins you need three different licenses. I think this could help in understanding how many licenses you need (or if it still doesn’t, I’d advise you to buy one and then if it’s not enough you can extend it or get a refund :))
Stefano
KeymasterHi Mike,
your setup is not wholly clear to me. Anyway, one license is for one public website. It doesn’t matter if 10 websites are managed by the same wp-admin on multisite, they still count as 10 different websites. Does this help?Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterThat’s probably the cause. Make sure both admins have the same setting for “Let users know if other users have personalized settings” – if you’re unsure, try to clone settings for the second admin and see if it fixes. Does this help?
Stefano
KeymasterHi Denis,
Do the two administrators have the same exact plugin settings (especially permissions)?Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterCan you post a screenshot (you can mark it as private, if you want) of your analytics where you can see adsense revenues for that post?
Stefano
KeymasterAre you sure there is any adsense revenues in your analytics account? Because I’ve looked at the request result and it looks like all revenues are at zero.
Please also notice that for the plugin to be able to get them, revenues must be generated by pages which show up in stats, so the homepage/categories/stuff like that doesn’t count.Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Leo,
this has happened to me with other plugins. For me, deactivating and reactivating the plugin solved. Let me know!Have a nice day,

KeymasterCould I have a temp admin account so I can personally look into this?
Stefano
KeymasterHi Aaron,
Please notice that data is updated daily with revenues from the day before, so it can take one/two days to have it displayed. Let’s wait until tomorrow at least and see if data shows up.Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Stefano,
I’ll email you with login credentials. There is nothing unique about our workflow.
Excluding photos included in posts and not supplied by the author would need to be a manual operation I guess. But it’s not such a common occurrence that writers supply text only.
Thanks,
John
Stefano
KeymasterHi John,
I’ve done all of that and it still isn’t recording page views or accurately counting the number of photos per post. It’s also not accurately capturing the number of new posts per author.
I’m frankly quite stuck, as you are reporting issues which people have never come across. My only guess is that either you could have some kind of really aggressive caching which prevents the plugin from working with updated data, or that you workflow is so customized and unique that falls out of the ordinary, and my plugin falls short.
The standard procedure, at this point, would be to disable all plugins and see if PPC still doesn’t work. If you want to provide me with a temp admin account, or if you want to arrange a Skype chat, I can try to have a look myself, but basing on what you’re saying I’m quite doubtful I could get something out of it…
Also, the app needs a way to exclude photos inserted into posts that are not supplied by the author.
This is not available now (how to know what pictures are not supplied by the author?)
Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Stefano,
Sorry for the late reply. I’ve done all of that and it still isn’t recording page views or accurately counting the number of photos per post. It’s also not accurately capturing the number of new posts per author. Google Analytics Dashboard for WP is accurately counting visits though. At the moment it’s pretty useless for us.
Also, the app needs a way to exclude photos inserted into posts that are not supplied by the author.
No errors in the error log.

KeymasterGlad to know you managed to 🙂

KeymasterWell gave up on trying to get the custom css to work so got lazy and edited the “ppc_header_style.css” directly by adding #ppc_logo {display: none;} which did the trick.
Julian Broadhurst
KeymasterForgot to add.
*Adding the display : none in the actual live browser works, which is the desired affect.
*Just not applied when done by the theme/custom CSS field.That’s how I usually test custom layouts before applying it on the custom/theme CSS.
Julian Broadhurst
KeymasterFirst thing I tried, strange it doesn’t work at all, and I have 300+ lines of CSS editing all the plugins/layouts.
Tried more than a dozen types, such as a few below.
#ppc_logo {display: none!important;}
#ppc_logo {display: none;}
#ppc_logo img {display: none;}
div#ppc_logo_caption {display: none;}
.ppc_logo {display: none;}
#ppc_logo img {display: none!important;}
div#ppc_logo_caption {display: none!important;}
.ppc_logo {display: none!important;}Strange, will see maybe something somewhere is not allowing the CSS to make changes to it.
Stefano
KeymasterHi Julian,
I’ve just tried: it’s enough to give display: none; to the #ppc_logo in the CSS 🙂Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Hector,
sorry for the delay, I didn’t get a notification for your topic so I missed it!The reasons why that error could be displayed are
- Users don’t have a PayPal email, of course
- You’re trying to pay 0 to authors
Could you post a screenshot of your Confirm Payment page?
Sorry again!Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Morgan,
sorry for the delay, I didn’t get a notification for your topic so I missed it!Is this still an issue?
Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Shauntay,
1. I have created custom status using edit flow in addition to “draft”, “scheduled” and “published”. Is there anyway that Post Pay Counter recognize the custom status I created?
Sorry, no built-in way as of now, not without some code tweaking.
2. I have purchased the pro version and I can figure out how to mark my writers as “paid” or pay them using paypal.
You probably lack permissions to see those features. Head over to Post Pay Counter > Options > Permissions and tick the two related to marking as paid and paypal. If your user has custom settings, tick the permissions just for your user.
Have a nice day 🙂
