Guestsee this in nginx
2017/12/22 02:25:48 [error] 21131#21131: *292 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Warning: json_decode() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/post-pay-counter-pro/classes/ppcp_google_analytics_class.php on line 96” while reading response header from upstream
not sure if its related, seems to happen since trying to re-connect analytics

KeymasterHi Byron,
I think something went wrong during the initial authentication routine. Please revoke the authentication and do it all over again. May be helpful to have a look at the apt tutorial ๐Let me know if this solves!

GuestI folled that tutorial and the last screen asking me which property to enable never shows up. I’ve added/revoked the google auth token now a couple of times.
I use the same process with my analytics and other plugins without fail.

KeymasterYou seem to be encountering unseen issues I don’t have much advice for. May I have a look personally through a temp admin account? This applies to your other issue as well ๐

KeymasterI am not able to edit plugin files through the standard WP editor to gather more details. Upon saving, it says “Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.” Maybe temp FTP access as well?

KeymasterI have also tried deactivating the “Google Analytics” plugin, to see whether a conflict was involved, but no matter how many times I click Deactivate, the header says “Plugin deactivated”, but the plugin it’s still there, active :\

GuestSo the plugin editor should work if you de-activate the plugin. I just tried it. I don’t have FTP/SFTP setup right now, i’d have to go and try and set that up. Can you try de-activating post-pay-counter-pro and see if edit works then?

GuestYou may have caught me in the middle of enabling debug logging in PHP or a server 500 error. I’m not doing anything else on the server for the time being.

GuestI see that Google Analytics module is de-activated too.

GuestSo disabling WD Google Analytics allowed me to do the google analytics integration of this module. Guessing there is definitely a conflict there.

Guestsee this in my wordpress debug log after authorizing the app: just a warning but figured i’d post it.
[23-Dec-2017 08:16:40 UTC] PHP Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/post-pay-counter-pro/classes/ppcp_google_analytics_class.php on line 156

KeymasterAgain, sorry for the delay.
It looks to me like both are now active: does it work fine? ๐
Have a nice day,
