GuestHi,
I tried to authorize plugin for GA but after submitting authorization code, it shows this error:
Error: 401: {"error":{"errors":[{"domain":"global","reason":"required","message":"Login Required","locationType":"header","location":"Authorization"}],"code":401,"message":"Login Required"}}I tried with another google account but it showed same error.
Please help to resolve this issue. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,

KeymasterHi Ashkan,
can you details the steps you did that lead you to the problem. It looks like you did not log into your Google account when prompted to do so. I would advise checking out the Analytics tutorial for help πGoogle Analytics setup and configuration with Post Pay Counter PRO
Have a nice day,

KeymasterYes, the request goes through the server. I don’t know, this is clearly something related to the website as it never happened. If you want, I can try to have a look with a temp admin account on your site π

KeymasterFollowed instructions, however when I hit the green login button it doesn’t do anything. I don’t understand a word of the site so I’m not sure whether I’m doing something wrong :/

KeymasterThese worked, thanks. I can confirm that the issue is not with your account, as mine resulted in the same error. I don’t know what to say: if you know that Analytics is blocked in your area, then that’s probably the reason. I can confirm the process works fine as I have no problem on my servers and no other customers ever reported this, I’m afraid π

KeymasterDo you have any way of checking whether you’re able to login to other services through your Google account?

KeymasterI don’t know, maybe Google has some way of tracking down the locations anyway. In fact, you do actually go through the login process yourself in the browser, even if the web application is on the german server. I don’t know what to advise, I fear there’s no way out unfortunately! Of course, we can refund your money if that’s what you’d like π

GuestWhat a pity! please go for the refund process and let me know when it’s done.

KeymasterOh, one thing we could try before surrendering is to disable for a second all other plugin and addons and trying to login through Analytics with Post Pay Counter again. Who knows that maybe there is some conflict also happening! Let me know! π

GuestYou were right. A deactivate all plugins and now it’s connected fine. I’ll update you as soon as I get any detailed information about which plugins had conflict with.
