KeymasterSince I’m not sure what settings may be wrong, if you want to grant me temporary admin access I will be glad to look into the issue for you myself π in case, you can post the credentials here and mark the post ad private.
Stefano
KeymasterOkay, so the problem is different. Make sure all settings are correct, in particular that you have permissions to see other users stats (Permissions box). In general, take the time to have a look at the Options page and to make sure everything is correctly set up for your site π
Stefano
KeymasterHang on, can you post a screenshot of your stats page please?
Stefano
KeymasterDo you have access to your server error log? Do you see the datepicker in the stats page, or does it stop before?
Stefano
KeymasterHi there,
do you get an error or just a blank page? To begin with, try to update to Post Pay Counter 2.704 πHave a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi umoh,
please try emptying your browser cache and trying again. Let me know if it still doesn’t work please! πHave a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterYes, right now the displayed time range is the default one, the one set in the Default stats time range of the Miscellanea Options box. π
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterThanks for the suggestion π
Stefano
KeymasterI know of no other site in which it’s up to the writers to choose how they want to be paid, so I don’t frankly this feature will ever be implemented in the public releases π
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterCiao Salvatore,
Come riportano anche le informazioni che hai incollato qui, la versione PHP del server Γ¨ inferiore alla 5.5PHP Version: 5.4.45
Riesci a ottenere l’aggiornamento almeno a PHP 5.5? π
Buona giornata,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi there,
thanks for suggesting the feature πThe addon has just been released so I will wait some time to see how it goes before adding more features. Anyway, what choices would you expect users to have in the Method of payment section?
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi shahzad,
sorry for the delay, your topic had been marked as spam and I’ve seen it only now.Is this still an issue? It looked like a temporary DNS problem, let me know if you still can’t activate your license π
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterCiao Salvatore,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi Goce,
the feature is working fine, the problem is that the time picker in the stats page does not allow you to select future days as end time. I will push the fix to this issue in the next release, which should be on monday. Right now, you should be able to see future scheduled posts by inputting the correct end time in the apt stats time range field πDoes this help?
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterI haven’t tested this but it should be on line 364 on post-pay-counter/classes/ppc_generate_stats_class.php π
Stefano
KeymasterHi Alma,
Even after the payments have been made, the authors with basic payment applied donβt have their account showing up as paid
Yes. Unfortunately, that’s the only (easy) way to implement the author basic payment: award it for every payment.
More sophisticated approaches would be possible, but they would require more time and developing, which I don’t feel like investing right now, given the low price of the addon and tiny customer base, sorry.
Iβve checked and it will definitely allow you to pay the same author a second time which could be a problem.
Yes, it will. However, in the next release of Post Pay Counter it will be possible to sort stats by whatever column you want. You may sort the stats table by Due Pay and thus always have at the top the authors that really should be paid. Would that work? π
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterHi kelechi,
you may have already found another solution, but there is now a BuddyPress addon! πStefano
