    Just to add to this, it appears that if there is more than 1 blockquote in the content, the word count is instantly wrong.

    We are having the same trouble with the plugin. The page views are not being calculated and we have double checked to ensure that the plugin is tied to GA correctly. Is there anyway to get these working?

    please, try to refresh the stats page a couple of times and see if the rows pending count in the Options does go down or not.

    My page count will not update. It is connected to my google analytics and all it does it show a number in queue and it stays there. I have tried to revoke the info and reset it up but nothing changes. Everything was working correctly until an error code last month where I uninstalled and reinstalled. Please help as I am bringing on new authors soon and really was needing your program. Thanks.

    The solution in this case was to tick the permission Let users know if other users have personalized settings for the admin plugin custom settings. 🙂

    Hi Kiesha,
    please make sure you have the permission Let users know if other users have personalized settings. You may have to tick it in the general settings or in your own user customized settings.
