KeymasterHi Shauntay,
it seems like the request can’t get through. Please make sure outbound connections are enabled on your server (you may have to contact your host to check this). If you’re still having issues then, I can send you a manual activator. I’d prefer the standard way because the manual one overrides standard license checks and may give you problems in the future.
Have a nice day ๐

KeymasterOh, I don’t know, I thought you were writing code and needed a way to manually insert/retrieve the PayPal data, but now I realize you may only need the wp_usermeta field. Those lines make sure the plugin works fine in multisite, but maybe just using wp_ppcp_paypal_email as wp_usermeta key should be fine. Let me know!
Stefano
KeymasterHi Chad,
if you do something likeglobal $ppcp_global_settings; get_user_option( $ppcp_global_settings['paypal_email'], $user_id ); update_user_option( $user_id, $ppcp_global_settings['paypal_email'], "email_value" );you should get something working (that’s how the PRO does).
Let me know!Although I would definitely add this into your instructions for paypal so people can have a bit more of a fluid experience!
You’re right about this, I’ll see to add the information to the tutorial ๐

KeymasterGlad to know!
If you haven’t already, I’d appreciate if you could write that as a review here http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/post-pay-counter, thanks ๐

KeymasterHi Mark,
I’ve just released a new update to PPC (version 2.515) which should fix the issue. Let me know! ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Mark,
Have you already tried to activate it again? It seems like it was a temporary downtime which shouldn’t persist.Let me know!

KeymasterHi Alin,
sorry for the dealy, I didn’t get a notification for your reply.Does your user have personalized settings?
Stefano
KeymasterOkay. Is it a problem for you to revoke the plugin authorization to Analytics and set it up again, doing a manual data update at the end? This will reset all visits numbers, but should trigger the recreation of the cron job which handles daily data updates ๐
Stefano
KeymasterI hope not! I don’t know your wp-cron hadn’t been triggered in the past days. Keep an eye on it and if in the next two days updates still don’t happen, write here again ๐
Stefano
KeymasterI’ve manually triggered a data update just now, and data is flowing in (1883 rows). Sorry about the hiccup, I’ll see to add measures that try to overcome this kind of issues with wp-cron.

KeymasterHi Huy,
that’s quite specific so I don’t think it will ever be implemented in a public release, sorry! ๐Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterJust released it live now! ๐
Stefano
KeymasterHi Ben,
I’ve implemented the feature (just for payment criteria of the free version, for now, but it does include visits). You can download the new release here https://github.com/TheCrowned/Post-Pay-Counter, will probably officially release it tomorrow, but if you try it before, let me know if everything works fine!Stefano
KeymasterAnalytics data take (at least) 24 hours to be updated, please wait at least until tomorrow ๐
Stefano
KeymasterHi Ben,
this was already proposed some time ago and I find it a great idea. I’m working on implementing it, expect it in the next release! ๐Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterI may have fixed the issue. Can you check it now?
Stefano
KeymasterHi Eric,
yes that’s correct, all softwares that want to interact with the PayPal API must do so through a registered app. Now, it wouldn’t be practical at all to ask each user to register his own app and submit it for review to PayPal. So there’s one app for everyone, which is easier, and the only drawback is that my name shows up when you pay on your site ๐Have a nice day,

KeymasterI had a look, and I’m somewhat confused. What confused me most is that when I opened the stats page as specialaccount (or evern the other admins) at first, I could see everything (all users stats, all payment functions) even though looking at the plugin settings ALL permissions were unchecked both in the general and in the user personalized view. So I tried, as you said, using different admins and tried to change their plugin settings. I often got AJAX errors, which didn’t make sense, and then when I checked one permission and saved and refreshed, two other permissions had been checked but not the one I had checked, and suddendly permissions were being considered, because I couldn’t see the payment features anymore.
Now, there are too many things working weird, and my guess is that this thing of switching from one user to another is messing my plugin up, although I don’t have any more specific explanation. Have you tried logging with the two different accounts effectively, or disabling the switching thing plugin? Any other ideas of possible conflict?
Have a nice day,
StefanoStefano
KeymasterCan you post screenshots of the whole options page both for the general page and for the two admins (you can mark the reply as private down below if you don’t want them to be public) please?
Stefano
KeymasterHi Jon,
apparently there’s one missing folder. See if the folder wp-content/plugins/post-pay-counter-pro/temp/ga exists, and if not create it. Does this fix?Have a nice day,
