1.when I click the update notification icon on the wordpress dashboard, notification suddenly disappear and shows no available plugins to update
2. Under the list of active plugins when update notification for the plugins shows, it later disappear on its own.
3. under the active plugins list if I click update for each plugins, I get error “update failed”
plugins are post pay counter pro and request paymentThough I recently reinstalled my wordpress because my site had some issues. May be that is why i am experiencing this issue, send me the latest updated version of buddypress, post pay counter pro and request payment so that I can manually install them. (dewlonse@yahoo.com) my subscription is still active.
check the this link for the issue with request payment not being responsive: https://storage.googleapis.com/stacob/2020/01/88975b83-request-payment-not-responsive.jpg

Thanks for the screen! I’ll see what we can do about that 🙂
Have a nice day,
StefanoJanuary 14, 2020 at 3:16 pm #70410StefanoKeymasterVersion 1.5.4 of Request Payment solves the non-responsive button issue. If not through the automatic update, you may download the new package through the same link in your email 🙂
January 15, 2020 at 2:00 am #70419CharlesGuestI had to update the plugin manually. the online automatic update is having issues you need to look into that. I cannot update automatically. i have to always download the plugin file and upload it. Even when the post pay counter request plugin is upto date version 1.5.4, it was still showing update required so I click to update and I get the error, see picture.
https://storage.googleapis.com/stacob/2020/01/ff97821c-update-failed-request-payment.jpgI have experienced this type of issue before and you solved it, I don’t know why we should experience it again. automatic update of your plugins most times get errors. This has to do with your server.
January 15, 2020 at 9:19 am #70423AlessandroGuestAnche a me non fa aggiornare i plugin. Mostra la notifica ma quando clicco su aggiorna non li trova:
A new version of the plugin “Post Pay Counter PRO (v1.8.7.1)” is available.
A new version of the plugin “Post Pay Counter – Request Payment (v1.5.4)” is available.January 15, 2020 at 9:26 am #70426CharlesGuestHave you solved the automatic update issue?
January 15, 2020 at 11:04 am #70429CharlesGuestyou replied in Italian, please use English so that I can understand
January 15, 2020 at 11:18 am #70433AlessandroGuestCharles, I simply wrote that I have your same problem updating plugins.
January 15, 2020 at 5:14 pm #70445CharlesGuestok, so you need to solve the problem
January 19, 2020 at 9:47 pm #70523StefanoKeymasterCan you please try to update the plugins NOT from the plugins page, but from Dashboard > Update? Select only one of our plugins and click the update button. If it fails, it should provide some more information on WHY it failed 🙂
Thanks!January 22, 2020 at 1:33 am #70545CharlesGuestI have been seeing this update notification for the “post pay counter-request payment” since the day you said I should check.

January 22, 2020 at 2:56 pm #70557StefanoKeymasterOh right, but that is a different problem now. It sometimes does happen, and I honestly have no clue why, but it can be solved by deactivating the plugin, updating it, and reactivating it. The notice should vanish! 🙂

Can you please try to update the plugin NOT from the plugins page, but from
Dashboard > Update
? Select only one Post Pay Counter PRO and click the update button. If it fails, it should provide some more information on WHY it failed ?/blockquote>January 26, 2020 at 4:13 pm #70622CharlesGuest1. for ppc-buddypress dashboard, under the “MY earning” tab, when there is a result the widget stay at the sidebar, but when here is no result the widget comes under the dashboard, I want the widget to always stay at the sidebar. compare the two links.

January 26, 2020 at 4:25 pm #70647StefanoKeymasterUhm, weird issue! Are you using the default BuddyPress theme or is it a custom one? If the latter, can you try to switch to the default one for a second and see if it still shows the issue? 🙂
January 27, 2020 at 9:21 pm #70668CharlesGuestAfter updating post pay counter pro to Version 1.8.7.2 i experience this issue see pic

January 29, 2020 at 3:08 am #70694CharlesGuestI have done the page inspection with chrome browser , the problem is caused by the padding:0.1em, which you added in pay counter pro version 1.8.7.2. if you remove the “padding:0.1em” it will be normal. see picture to compare.
