Hi,
So the Post Pay Counter seems to have stopped working, i can see some stats in the backend, but no stats are shown for the “users”
And the stats shown in BackEnd are old and not been updated sinca a few days ago.
Found this in my Debug.log
[09-Dec-2017 15:12:12 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: author in post-pay-counter-pro/classes/ppcp_html_functions_class.php on line 554

This is not really a relevant error, you can just ignore it π

Can you explain a bit more what the issue is, exactly? When no stats are shown, what do you get? An error, or a blank page? Have you tried selecting a more narrow time range?
Let me know!
Have a nice day,
StefanoDecember 9, 2017 at 6:31 pm #59454Marius Theodor Snarum GustavsonGuestHi,
So to explain it when i use the shortcode PPC and the “author” clicks on it he get the messsage, “My story earnings Showing posts for: This month Your query resulted in an empty result. Try to select a wider time range!” i have tried all settings and still nothing shows. Then if i go on the backend – stats i see the post and info on it but, it is not been updated as the post has 3 comments 0 in the stats and word count seems wrong to.
And when i check my posts it is not showing posts i made yesterday but just up to a certain date, but difficult to see when.
From what what i know i have only updated one plugin after this.
So this is what i mean with the it is not working at all.
TheoDecember 9, 2017 at 6:35 pm #59456StefanoKeymasterThanks for all the details! It certainly looks like a weird issue for sure! May I ask you temporary admin access to the site, so I can personally look into it? π

December 10, 2017 at 1:26 pm #59492StefanoKeymasterCould you please point to specific posts/authors that have wrong/empty stats, so I can test directly those? Thanks!

Download the zip from here and just replace all files in the post-pay-counter-pro directory π
Let me know!

StefanoDecember 10, 2017 at 11:49 pm #59506Marius Theodor Snarum GustavsonGuestHi, have uploaded it and there is still not stats for the my-earnings page for the user.
MariusDecember 11, 2017 at 9:26 am #59509StefanoKeymasterThanks Marius. Is there any way I could edit the plugin files myself? The built-in editor fails when saving, and it’s very difficult to troubleshoot this new issue without being able to getting debug data as needed and making a couple of technical tests. π
