Unfortunately the settings pages does not show options for the threshold like it is described in the plugin. It shows no settings at all.
The plugin is installed and activated. No errors appear. We do have the simple AND the PRO version installed.

Yes the settings page is accessible. I attach a part of the page as screenshot.
Also the licence is activated (my colleague asked the same question here https://postpaycounter.com/forums2/topic/request-payment-is-not-working/ )

please consider this closed. It was an issue with the licence, but i was working on a dev installation and could not see the diff.
