    Hi there,

We purchased the PRO version of the plugin, but we can’t get it to work properly. The ‘Stats’ section shows a certain number of views, but the information is not correct. It doesn’t match up with Google Analytics. Error messages like this one repeatedly turn up:

    April 17, 2017 19:36:05
An error was thrown with code “ppcp_analytics_pending_rows_drop”, message “Analytics rows to be processed count was at 8639 and then at 8619 all of a sudden.” and debug data “array (
    )”.

I read else where in this forum that I should reduce the ‘Rows to process per page load,’ so I took that down all the way to 20. Once I did that, the error message occurred less frequently, but it’s still popping up sometimes, and the numbers are still incorrect. The latest thing that I just tried is updating the date from which Google Analytics pulls data to today’s date, so that it will have the smallest possible load to handle initially. We’ll see if this works. Still 2456 rows to process total. Any feedback/advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Jordan,
that warning seems to pop up even in circumstances in which it should not. I am still inspecting why this happens, please just ignore it for now. The real issue is when the rows count drops from a high number (such as thousands) to zero all of a sudden. So, please let the rows count slowly decrease until zero (you can set a higher rows to process per page load value again) and see if the visits number are then the same as Analytics ones 🙂

I will release a fix for this issue in the next version anyway.

    Have a nice day,
    Stefano
