Hi, I tried to authorized Facebook for one of my website but get this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Argument 1 passed to Facebook\FacebookRequest::__construct() must be an instance of Facebook\FacebookApp, instance of Facebook\FacebookSession given, called in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/minangtravel/public/wp-content/plugins/ppcp-facebook/classes/facebook-php-sdk-v4-4.0-dev/src/Facebook/Entities/AccessToken.php on line 347 and defined in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/minangtravel/public/wp-content/plugins/fb-instant-articles/vendor/facebook/graph-sdk/src/Facebook/FacebookRequest.php:97 Stack trace: #0 /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/minangtravel/public/wp-content/plugins/ppcp-facebook/classes/facebook-php-sdk-v4-4.0-dev/src/Facebook/Entities/AccessToken.php(347): Facebook\FacebookRequest->__construct(Object(Facebook\FacebookSession), ‘GET’, ‘/debug_token’, Array) #1 /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/minangtravel/public/wp-content/plugins/ppcp-facebook/classes/facebook-php-sdk-v4-4.0-dev/src/Facebook/Entities/AccessToken.php(131): Facebook\Entities\AccessToken->getInfo(NULL, NULL) #2 /srv/users/serve in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/minangtravel/public/wp-content/plugins/fb-instant-articles/vendor/facebook/graph-sdk/src/Facebook/FacebookRequest.php on line 97
FYI: I have 2 websites that have Facebbok Addon PPC installed. The other website is fine.
Thank you

so do you now have issues on two websites, is it correct? Could I ask your for a temporary admin account on the first site to personally look into the issue and hopefully fix it soon? I’m having trouble reproducing the issue and understanding what may be causing it! Thanks.Have a nice day,

February 20, 2017 at 7:21 pm #54683StefanoKeymasterCan you please temporarily deactivate all other plugins (apart from Post Pay Counter and its Facebook addon) and see if the issue goes away. I believe it’s due to some conflict with other Facebook plugins…
February 20, 2017 at 8:13 pm #54690Yose MirzaGuestHello Stefano,
It looks like “Post Pay Counter – Facebook” has a conflict with these 2 plugins: “Ultimate Member – Social Login” (which has Facebook Login) and “Instant Articles for WP”
1. When I turned off “Ultimate Member – Social Login” and “Instant Articles for WP” the “Post Pay Counter – Facebook” works well without error.
2. When I turned off “Instant Articles for WP” while “Ultimate Member – Social Login” turn on. the “Post Pay Counter – Facebook” works well without error but I can’t login using facebook on my login page.
That what I found.
Yose
February 20, 2017 at 8:15 pm #54692StefanoKeymasterThanks for testing that out. I will now try to understand if it’s my plugin’s fault or if it’s the other plugins fault 🙂
February 20, 2017 at 8:42 pm #54695Yose MirzaGuestOK. I’ll let you work on that.
February 21, 2017 at 10:02 am #54697StefanoKeymasterDo you have any data in Post Pay Counter – Facebook addon? Can I freely uninstall it and reinstall it, or would you lose anything?
February 21, 2017 at 10:30 am #54700Yose MirzaGuestHi Stefano,
Yes, you can uninstall and reinstall the Facebook Pay Counter Addon. Losing data about Facebook counter is OK.
Thanks
February 21, 2017 at 11:39 am #54702StefanoKeymasterHi Yose,
I am afraid I am stuck and cannot solve the problem. There is a conflict between the Facebook addon for Post Pay Counter and the Instant Articles for WP plugin. The latter plugin has low ratings on WordPress.org and no support, so I have not even tried to contact them to understand what’s going on. I believe we are both doing something wrong, but I am not able to fix it myself. It could even be a problem with the Facebook API itself, but I am not sure frankly.
At this point, I believe the only viable solution is to keep one of the two plugins deactivated. Of course, I can refund you the whole amount for the Facebook addon if that’s your wish 🙂
I am sorry for the inconvenient and hope this does not make you a sad customer! Should I ever be able to fix the issue, I will write here and contact you directly, if you want.
Have a nice day,

February 21, 2017 at 1:06 pm #54732Yose MirzaGuestThis reply has been marked as private.February 21, 2017 at 1:51 pm #54738StefanoKeymasterAre you going to fix this issue but need time to do that? If yes, I can wait (I’ll deactivate Facebook PPC meanwhile). I’ll decide later in 1 or 2 weeks what solution for this. Maybe I will ask a refund or buy another addon if you can’t fix the issue in short time. I really love the “Post Pay Counter – Facebook”.
I really appreciate that Yose! Right now I simply haven’t been able to find a way to fix it. As you say, more time and more thinking may help, but I cannot guarantee. Since you offered it first, let’s see if I manage to fix it 2 weeks. Is it okay for you?
If you need …
Thanks, I have just emailed you!
(Maybe you can also make add-on for this plugin as you already made for BuddyPress).
I don’t know what the market for that would be, but I will keep it in the back of my mind 🙂
How do I mark the payment as PAID since I am using manual payment (Bank transfer). Do you have any plan to create Manual payment addon (bank transfer) where author can put their bank account number on their account/profile. (I think this important)
The plugin supports two distinct payment features. Apart from the PayPal payment, there is a Mark as paid feature that allows to mark posts as paid when payments happen outside of the plugin. Make sure you have the correct permissions to see it. Does this help?
As for automating bank transfers, this is too difficult to be done, sorry!
I also suggest you to make Thousand Separator and Decimal Separator in payment setting. Just like on woocommerce.
This is a possibly useful feature! Would you mind writing it in the Feature request section please? Thanks!
February 22, 2017 at 7:00 pm #54791StefanoKeymasterHi Yose,
Thank you for getting back. I think Post Pay Counter – Facebook has a conflict not only with “Instant Articles for WP” but also with “Ultimate Member – Social Login” because when I deactivated “Instant Articles for WP” I can’t use “Ultimate Member – Social Login” to login.
It looks like I have now managed to fix the issue! I have already uploaded the changes to kolumnis.id and it seems to work fine! There are no more errors (although I am not sure data will be pulled correctly, but I rely on you for this) 🙂
Let me know!
Have a nice day,
Stefano -
