    Hi. Facebook thread is closed, so force to post here. I have FB Comments plugin installed and PPC. I have pro version and Facebook Integration addon.

    For some reason, the FB comments are not being counted in the PPC Stats page. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Jon,
    support threads get closed automatically in a few months to prevent spam 🙂

    Is the Facebook comments payment criteria enabled? Can you send a screenshot of it? Does the Facebook comments column show up in stats? Is it visible, or all set to zero?

    Thanks for the details. I see the issue: apparently, Facebook treats differently comments left on Facebook and directly on the website through a plugin. I’ll fix this and release an update to the plugin immediately 🙂
