    Hi, i can not see where to add the bonus Autohor Payment Bonus on the page, the field to enter it is not showing up.

    Hi Theo,
    have you activated the addon and its license? The author bonus is awarded from the Confirm Payment page, not from the stats page. Could this be the reason? 🙂

    Hi, yes it is activated and say very very happy on the license, and when i go to the page where the button confirm payment, there is no field to fill out.

    Is there some settings / something i have forgotten ?

    You must click on the Confirm payment button. Then in the page you will be sent to you will be able to award the bonus.

    Hi,
    This is how i do it –
    i go on stats tick what user –
    on the next page it show the detailed view and a 0,00 in the author bonus –
    then confirm / payment send me to PayPal page.

    You should be able to enter the bonus in that very field. Doesn’t it work?

    Hi,
    no there is no field to fill out the info anywhere,
    As these are the only screens i get up
    Stats – i go on stats tick what user – make payment via paypal
    on the next page it show the detailed view and a 0,00 in the author bonus –
    then confirm / payment
    send me to PayPal page.

    it used to be there but now it is not anymore, all i did was update the plugins.

    Is there a bug or some sort, this i really hampering my usage of the plugin.

    are there some settings that i need to change/turn on ?

    Hi Theo,
    please post screenshots of:

    • the Confirm Payment page
    • the plugins page, scrolling down until you see the Post Pay Counter addons
    • your License Status box in the plugin Options page

    You may mark the post as private so nobody else will be able to see it.

    sorry for the delay, and thanks for the login and your patience.

    It was indeed a bug introduced by the latest release. Sorry for the hiccup. You should be able to use it now 🙂

    The issue is the PRO version update. Will fix it ASAP. Just deactivate that meanwhile. Sorry!
