February 13, 2017 at 10:40 am #54501StefanoKeymasterHi Yudha,
Can you walk me through the exact steps you are doing to mark as paid? I’d like to try them out and see if the same issue happens on my test site. Thanks ๐Have a nice day,
StefanoFebruary 13, 2017 at 11:36 am #54504yudhaGuestthanks for the reply stefano..
ok.. first i got to stats page
and i click on the username that i want to pay like in the image above. after that, you can see in the image below.
I click on “marks selected post as paid”. And i get to a new page like image below.
after that i click on blue button “Confirm payment”.. and..i got notification “empty array result” like image below.
i already try to input note about payment, i got the same result.
February 13, 2017 at 3:05 pm #54507StefanoKeymasterThanks! I can’t seem to be able to replicate the issue, so I have to ask you to do a couple more tests.
- Try to mark as paid a whole author. You can do this by checking the Pay field in te general stats page and then clicking on Mark as paid selected authors.
- Try to disable the Author Payment Bonus addons and see if the issue goes away.
Let me know!
Have a nice day,

February 13, 2017 at 4:18 pm #54512StefanoKeymasterMay I ask you for a temporary admin account on your site, so I can personally look into the issue?

February 13, 2017 at 5:03 pm #54522StefanoKeymasterCan you allow me to edit the plugin files through the WP plugin editor please?
February 13, 2017 at 5:18 pm #54525yudhaGuestalright done …
February 13, 2017 at 5:45 pm #54532StefanoKeymasterThanks. I know this is a technical question, but do you have any plugin/setting that interferes with base64 encoding? There must be something weird about your server setup. I’d advise to deactivate all plugins (including dropins) except Post Pay Counter and Post Pay Counter PRO and see if that solves the issue, although I fear it won’t. Next step is to contact your host and ask them for more information, because I’m 99.9% sure it’s not the my plugin fault :/
February 13, 2017 at 5:51 pm #54535yudhaGuestalright… i’ll try that…i contact again as soon as possible…
i don’t really know something technical like that.. maybe first i’ll try to deactivate plugin…then trying contacting my hosting provider..
if i have to ask my host, what should i ask ?
February 13, 2017 at 6:00 pm #54537StefanoKeymasterThis is what you should ask them: “I do $test = base64_encode(‘test’); why does base64_decode($test); returns null?”
๐
February 13, 2017 at 7:40 pm #54541yudhaGuesthi stefano… i already contact my host.. they said base64_encode is disable.
BUT, they already enable it…and now different error shows up,,,
February 13, 2017 at 7:54 pm #54543yudhaGuesthehe.. thanks stefano…. i just delete the plugin. and reinstall it.. and i workss……… work like charm… i’m so happy right now..
i’ll explore it a bit more.. if i’m not commenting here again, that mean all issue were gone….
February 14, 2017 at 9:46 am #54546StefanoKeymasterHi Yudha,
I’m really happy to hear that! It had never happened before that base64 was disabled on the server, who knows why! The subsequent error was due to some test code I had left in your installation. I had done that to better understand the problem, and planned to remove it as soon as the issue was solved but… you were faster than me! ๐I’m here for any more issues.
Have a nice day,
