hi stefano,
i just setup my new site and install ppc pro and setting up page for earning (front end) but no data earning show up. i use shortcode
[ppc author="current"] and [ppc_author_payment_history]
already made dummy payment and then the payment history showing up. but the earning statistic still not show up at the page. there have update for v1.6.7 and already click to update but then the plugin still show the current installed version v1.6.6. can you help me?

- do you see data in the backend stats page for that same time range and for your user?
- What version is displayed in the plugin Options page, in the upper-right corner?

StefanoAll statistic for post earning show up at backend but not on front end. I made dummy payment ttansaction and all payment trabsaction show up. But the post earning still not appear.
Plugin version:
Ppc v2.621
Ppc pro v1.6.6There have meesage to update to v1.6.7 but already tried more than 20x to update to v1.6.7 but the version still v1.6.6
If it because of plugin version, can you email me the v1.6.7 file?

For some reason, the update server was still serving the old version, though it notified the new one. I should have now fixed the issue and you should be able to update.
However, the update is unlikely to fix the issue. Can you try with just [ppc] as shortcode and see what is the result?
Still same result. Its show only payment history. Can you send me the v1.6.7 so i can check if now?
I have just emailed you the new version but it’s unlikely it will fix the issue. If you want to provide me with a temp admin account on your site, I can try to fix the issue myself 🙂

1. Default stats time range will tick at 2 options even changes to different time option. 1 remain unchange.
2. Post earning stats only will show if the post paid and have payment transactions for it. If no any payment, all post (unpaid) will jot show up.
Check your spam folder as well for the email 🙂

Yes, you are right, thanks for catching that. I’ve fixed the issue and will release the fix soon.

I will see if this is true. Anyway, if you want to give me admin access to your site I can look into the issue myself and have it fixed as soon as I can 🙂 In case, you can post the credentials here marking the post as private as you have already done. At my site, the post list already show up because already made dummy transaction. It happend before had any payment, after newly install the plugin.

I created a new private page with the [ppc] shortcode and attached is a screenshot of what I’m seeing for it. It looks fine to me. Don’t you see it the same?

Hi stefano i found the issue.
1. Can`t use payment history shortcode in same page with author earning details shortcodeand. If use both, no data will show up. I think need to fix.
2. Time stats range.
Can use – curent week, current month, custom number of days.
Cant use - current year, last month, all time. If use this will show messageyour query result bla bla bla…3. My test:
Use both code – if no any payment and transactions for payment history, it will not show any data. If make payment, data will be show up even it not show up before when not make any payment transaction.
4. When i use chrome, the stats time range always back to selected option before. I only can set the option on firefox browser. Already clear browser cache few times and that the result. I use shared hosting and medium speed internet connection so i dont know if that also give effect about this.
Cutrently already update both plugin (ppc and ppc pro) to latest version v2.622 and v1.6.7

Stefanono 2 about option on time range. Maybe have some bugs. Only 3 option can use. Other than that will give error message.
