    Hi, me again!

I have a user whose stats are not showing on PPC. They have views and comments, so they should be showing. The username is wordgenie. I had another user with the same issue, but once I commented on her post, suddenly her details were in PPC.

    Thanks

    Hi Emma,
I’m having a look around – I created a post (not published though) and I’m gonna fiddle around with the plugin’s code with to get a glimpse of what on earth is going on. Just telling you so that if you see some weird debugging info… it’s just me, I’ll be as quick as I can (none of that will be public anyway, just the stats page will show data to me).

    Will keep you up!

The easiest things are often overlooked – even by the developer! The reason the user doesn’t show up is that he’s a subscriber, but in Post Pay Counter > Options > Miscellanea > Allowed user roles the contributor role is unchecked. I haven’t checked it as I don’t know if it is supposed to.

    Let me know!
    Have a nice day,
    Stefano
