Hi, for some reason I’m not able to add a bonus from the edit post page within the plugin box. It does not show me any field for doing so. See this image:

I have already enabled for author bonus to be shown on the edit post page within the plugin settings per user:

I also tried checking the box on each users settings page to allow the bonus but this did not have an effect:

Can you make sure that that setting it checked in the general options page as well?
