Hello,
For a few months now, total payment and due payment have never matched on my post pay counter. Often the due pay will be a negative amount and under the summary there always seems to be a negative bonus generating from an unknown place. I’ve paid my writers today and unfortunately the system won’t let me clear out these due payments by selected users as paid ( I had to pay directly through Paypal…except for two writers and they are zeroed out with due pay on the screen shot below)

If you look at the payment history of users with wrong amounts, are there any bad records (could be multiple ones, ones you haven’t actually paid, or anything wrong)? Have you changed your counting settings before this happened? Has it ever happened that you went to pay with PayPal, but then canceled the payment when you were already in PayPal’s page? Because in that case, the payment record in the plug in gets written anyway, so that could be a cause…Have a nice day,

Some of the payment histories aren’t correct at all. One states that I paid a writer 3 times what I usually pay her. The transactions I can mark as paid have been paid. This problem has been happening for six months or so. So yes there are bad payment histories

Has it ever happened that you went to pay with PayPal, but then canceled the payment when you were already in PayPal’s page? Yes, I’ve done that because the amount was wrong. I was hoping the total payment amount would appear instead of the due pay amount. Unfortunately, it never does.

Could you post a screenshot of the payment history with faulty records as well please?
Have you tried just deleting the wrong records? If you can’t see any button to do that, make sure you have the apt permission in the Permissions box in the Options. Then open the payment history with bad records and delete the wrong ones. Does this help?Here’s three screenshots:

anche ho un problema simile.
Il sito per cui scrivo utilizza wordpress da cui ho la possibilità di vedere il post pay counter (non sempre è visibile però). Il numero di parole, di immagini e il pagamento totale non corrisponde con quello pattuito.
Come fare?

Il gestore del sito è informato di questi malfunzionamenti? Perchè non è detto che siano effettivamente problemi del plugin, ma potrebbe essere l’amministratore del sito che ha posto dei limiti sul massimo numero di parole/immagini da essere pagate, facendo sembrare le statistiche “sbagliate”, anche se in realtĂ rispondono alle impostazioni.Buona giornata,

StefanoNo never in the negative way, sometimes posts are updated and the word counts goes up.
If you open the author with the negative word count, can you track the post responsible of the negative figure?
Not at all, I can even select al posts for payment, only after the next step (payment overview) I get again a negative word count and the notice that € 0 will be paid.

I´m with the same problem…. after I paid with the pay pal, the ´´payment due´´ don´t ´´zero´´ but appears a new value of R$20.41 from views…. the plugin is with problem because is the second time this happens….
