When I activate post pay counter… posts don’t show up for some reason
When I also activate post pay counter PRO… my dashboard breaks (the tabs don’t allow me to open them. The only thing that is opened is quickdraft). Also, my post pages… a large number of posts disappear and the tinymce doesn’t show up.I’m using wp rocket. So, I don’t know if that is the issue, but when they are both activated they don’t work. Even when the wprocket plugin is not activated and ppc pro is activated, the tinymce doesn’t show up on my posts.

Has the issue always been there or has it popped up recently? My advice is to deactivate plugins one by one until you find the conflicting one, and then report it here. It may be ours or theirs fault. Let me know which one is causing the issue 🙂
oh yea how do you display the stats of particular author on the home page… I used the [ppc author="current"] shortcode but it didn’t work
That’s the correct way of doing it, but until the stats page won’t be working, the shortcode won’t as well 🙂
Have a nice day,
StefanoApril 21, 2016 at 11:58 pm #50624kelechiGuestThis reply has been marked as private.April 22, 2016 at 6:02 am #50626StefanoKeymasterit’s the ppc fault
Why do you say that? Have you installed any new plugins recently?
April 22, 2016 at 6:52 am #50627kelechiGuestyea… post pay counter was the last plugin that I installed. I had one one on a different website… and I just realized that I wanted to use the plugin on this site too… that’s when I emailed you a couple of days ago and you sent me the new plugin and license…
Plus when I deactivate it… the dashboard starts working again…
April 22, 2016 at 2:48 pm #50628StefanoKeymasterRight, thanks for the info. Can you check if there are any errors in your server error log please?
April 22, 2016 at 3:29 pm #50630kelechiGuestthere are none… what is the string that I can use to exclude ppc from caching. I’m on siteground and they have this mem cache and i’m using wp rocket. and it’s php7. Has anyone else had similar issues?
April 22, 2016 at 4:54 pm #50631StefanoKeymasterHas anyone else had similar issues?
Not that I’m aware of, at least. If no errors are logged, only thing you can do is deactivate your plugins one by one and find the one that is causing problems to PPC. Then I will install it on my server and test it out. I’m afraid there’s not much of another track 🙂
April 23, 2016 at 2:03 am #50632kelechiGuestthis shows up in the right column… Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Access to undeclared static property: PPC_counting_stuff::$counting_system in /home/poyint/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ppcp-facebook/classes/data_handle_class.php:197 Stack trace: #0 /home/poyint/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-pay-counter/classes/ppc_counting_stuff_class.php(365): PPCP_FB_data_handle::facebook_shares_payment(Array) #1 /home/poyint/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-pay-counter/classes/ppc_counting_stuff_class.php(321): PPC_counting_stuff::get_countings_payment(Array) #2 /home/poyint/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-pay-counter/classes/ppc_counting_stuff_class.php(82): PPC_counting_stuff::get_post_payment(Array, 945) #3 /home/poyint/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-pay-counter/classes/ppc_generate_stats_class.php(50): PPC_counting_stuff::data2cash(Array, NULL) #4 /home/poyint/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-pay-counter-pro/classes/ppcp_stats_class.php(81): PPC_generate_stats::produce_stats(0, 0) #5 /home/poyint/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-pay-counter- in /home/poyint/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ppcp-facebook/classes/data_handle_class.php on line 197
when all of the plugins are activated only the space shows up… but I’m guessing it’s the reason why the posts dissapear… I don’t have anything activated except the ppc ppc pro and ppc facebook
April 23, 2016 at 7:37 am #50633StefanoKeymasterThanks Kelechi,
that was helpful. I’ve fixed the bug and pushed a new release. I’ve already updated your site and everything’s working beautifully now 🙂April 23, 2016 at 1:49 pm #50634kelechiGuestThis reply has been marked as private.April 23, 2016 at 2:16 pm #50635StefanoKeymasterSorry, bit of a hiccup again. Fixed and updated your release 🙂 (The only thing that changes now is the version number, since I had already updated your files. Aren’t stats working?)
April 23, 2016 at 2:40 pm #50636kelechiGuestyep thanks dude. Your support is great. I still had the question about the [ppc author="current"] shortcode. I don’t really want regular users to see the backend
April 24, 2016 at 7:18 am #50642StefanoKeymasterWhat’s the problem with the shortcode? I’ve tried creating a draft page with the shortcode [ppc] and it displays regular stats just as the stats page does, whereas the shortcode [ppc author="current"] works, although doesn’t display anything to me cause I have no posts on your site. Can you check if it’s still not working?
However, the major issue seems to be that with the PRO enabled you can’t edit a post, as only a blank page is displayed. I haven’t been able to replicate the issue on any of my sites. Could you check if there are any errors in your server error_log please? (I have now deactivated the PRO, if you want to see the schortcode in action you need to activate it again)
Have a nice day, 🙂

This is with pro activated… I think the issue with the post thing was memcache was active. I flushed the cache via my cpanel and it improved
April 24, 2016 at 8:22 pm #50646kelechiGuestnevermind, you’re right. The shortcode does work when it’s activated; I just need to be able to constrain it to the body of the post….
The post thing. I don’t know what that is. I get the white screen of death when I click on an actual post.
http://www.poyint.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Screen-Shot-2016-04-24-at-2.20.14-PM.png… it’s not showing any server errors
April 24, 2016 at 8:22 pm #50647kelechiGuestbut when I deactivate wprocket… it works. Do you think something is being cached?

That shouldn’t be the cause. About the error log: what you showed me is no the actual error log, it only contains 300 errors. For example, I have an error_log file in my server root, or you may have a debug.log in your wp-content folder. Please check that 🙂
