    Ciao Stefano,

    when I try to pay an user it pops up this message:

    The receiver is based in a country that isn\’t enabled to receive payments

    I tested with accounts that have already received money from other services. What can it be?

    Hi Chris,
    please check that PayPal sandbox is disabled in Post Pay Counter > Options > PayPal settings. If that is the case, then this post may be of help ๐Ÿ™‚

    Maybe because of the new SCA regulation?

    Just checked, and this should not affect PayPal. I don’t know, it’s the first report of the issue, and since it works with other users even of your site, I’m inclined to think that there may be something not fully right the recipients’ accounts. That said, PayPal does not provide any technical insight, so I’m a bit clueless… Only other thing that comes to my mind is to try to switch primary and secondary currency and see if that may solve the issue :/
