Okay, apparently numbers are fine now. I simply made a manual data update. Can you check?
(Notice that time limits aren’t considered in manual updated, so even posts older than 25 days have visits from yesterday now.)

Okay, I got the problem: it’s that the site goes down while processing Analytics data.
If the site goes down while Analytics rows are being processed, it is a problem. I’ll try to implement mechanisms that help preserving the integrity of data, but some data will always be lost if in the middle of processing the whole thing stops and goes down with no notice.

What I’ve now done is I’ve really lowered your “Rows to process per page load” in Analytics settings (it was 1000, it’s 20 now, but this way we should be fairly sure the server can handle it) and made a new manual import. This will take some time before all rows are dealt with and updated, but don’t hurry it (a bunch of rows is updated every time plugin pages are visited by any user). I advise you to leave the rows to process low even in the future. Let me know how it goes! 🙂

Also, while troubleshooting, I enabled Analytics debug in PPC PRO – you can now delete the file post-pay-counter-pro/temp/ppcp_ga.log.

    Have a nice day,
    Stefano

I’ll personally take care of having analytics rows all imported by today, I’ll let you know. Please don’t change PPC settings meanwhile.

Thanks for your help so far. The numbers for the visits are coming in but way too slow. W’ve already missed payment deadline for last month and I cant afford for this to drag on for too long.

Okay, I’m trying to get the issue solved as quickly as possible. However, apparently your server isn’t very powerful, so I can only let the plugin process few rows at a time and often need it to break for fear of timeout. Any timeout requires the import to start again from the beginning.

Would this problem be solved if we forget about Analytics and just use the wordpress counter? What are the advantages/disadvantages? If this is a solution then would it be something you can help us implement.

If with wordpress counter you mean Jetpack, then PPC PRO isn’t compatible with Jetpack (it’s mostly due Jetpack limitations). The worst thing is the first import, but after that, when data will be updated daily, there will should be no problem (even with 10 rows imported per time, 2-300 rows are dealt with quite quickly).

And on a separate note, our site is counting on your plugin to help us achieve alot this year so we would be open to having an exclusive support window with you which we can pay for. Is this something you’d be interested in?

Yes, I’m available for that. What would you need me to do?

    Have a nice day,
    Stefano
